    Welcome to All-Ireland final day!

Padraic Joyce called this a "novel final" and there's no doubt that the lack of a Dublin, Mayo or Kerry in this afternoon's decider gives things a different feel in Croke Park.

While Galway were here as recently as 2022, when they were beaten by a David Clifford inspired Kerry despite Shane Walsh's heroics on the day, the third most successful county in this competition's history have had to wait 23 years since last getting their hands on the Sam Maguire.

Armagh's drought has only been 12 months shorter, their sole All-Ireland title coming when they succeeded the Tribesmen as champions in 2002.

Both are out to end those long waits today on the Jones' Road and we'll have every angle of what promises to be a thrilling final covered.
