    Men's 91kg

England's Frazer Clarke has defeated India's Satish Kumar to win gold in the men's 91kg competition.

Speaking to BBC Sport, Clarke said: "That was gold for everyone in Burton. That was close and what a good fighter Kumar is. I was a little bit flat myself but I think I managed to land some clean shots.

"I have got to keep on improving but I want to go all the way. The Olympics is my dream and I have to work hard to reach my goal and win gold.

"This team is going to be very good and we're still improving. The young lads coming through have kept us on our toes."

Remember the name - Aidan Heslop!

He’s just 15 and is the first Welsh diver at a Commonwealth Games but after two rounds he’s currently in medal contention.

What’s even more impressive is that the 10m isn’t even his discipline - he’s used to leaping from over 20m and landing feet-first in cliff diving events!

He may have a big decision to make in the future as the Welshman has real potential in this discipline and as it stands cliff diving isn’t in the Olympics.
