It's a huge victory for England's women over Wales, with the scoreline reading 45-0 as the final whistle blows.
Amy Wilson-Hardy and Natasha Hunt both crossed the whitewash twice as England ran in seven tries.
Women's 3m Springboard final
"It doesn't cost you anything to point your toes," says BBC commentator Leon Taylor.
A life lesson for us all, there.
Here's how the standings look after the first of five dives in the women's 3m springboard final. Grace Reid really struggled, but that's to be expected after yesterday's gold medal win.

Michaela Walsh came off the podium with a face like thunder. Her defeat by Australia’s Skye Nicolson has prompted controversy ringside.
That’s silver in 2014 - when Walsh lost to Nicola Adams - and the same four years later.
She tells BBC Sport: “I don’t think she hit me with anything. She’s the face of the Games, it is what it is.
“At least in 2014 it was close. This time I won full stop.”
Women's 75kg
Caitlin Parker has the height and reach advantage in this bout but Lauren Price is fast and showing good footwork.
She lands a neat right hook just before the bell.

Former world boxing champion on the Gold Coast
Price is a clever boxer and she works from the outside. She plans her attack from there and then rushes in to throw punches before getting back to the outside again.
Women's 75kg
Welsh history maker Lauren Price became the first Welshwoman to win a Commonwealth boxing medal in Glasgow and she narrowly missed out on a spot in the final, losing on a split decision to Canada’s two-time world champion Ariane Fortin.
She's guaranteed silver here of course but wants gold. She fights Caitlin Parker of Australia.

Hugs from loved ones. Sandy Ryan is Commonwealth Games champion. Gritty, gritty battle with Wales’ Rosie Eccles.
Hockey: Men's bronze medal match
A couple of penalty corners in quick succession for England, and they make it count with the second!
A powerful drag flick from Sam Ward fizzes past India goalkeeper Sreejesh Parattu to give England a 1-0 lead after seven minutes.
I have never seen a more distressed athlete on a medal podium than Michaela Walsh. She obviously feels robbed of gold.
She has just hugged winner Skye Nicolson though as they pose for photos.
Women's 69kg
Following her gold medal victory, England's Sandy Ryan said: "It means everything.
"I want to thank everyone at home, my parents and my grandma. I told her she would see me on television.
"I knew I had to box a very tough game, and I just wanted to show everyone what I can do."
Boxing: Women's 57kg final
Northern Ireland's Michaela Walsh was stunned by the split decision which handed Australia's Skye Nicolson gold in the women's 57kg boxing final.
There's no time to dwell on it though. She's already out to pick up her medal. I'd like to say she was smiling. But I'd be lying.

Could Grace Reid create further Scottish diving history today?
She’s already their first diving medallist for 60 years after her 1m success yesterday, which also made her the first Scottish woman ever to win a Commonwealth diving medal.
In the next hour become a multi-medallist - something no Scot has done that since 1954 when Sir Peter Healty claimed 3m gold and 10m bronze in Vancouver.
She and English synchronised silver medallists Alicia Blagg and Katherine Torrance are all in individual 3m action and you would expect at least one if not more to be pushing for the podium on the final night of diving at Gold Coast 2018.
Women's 75kg
Welsh fighter Lauren Price earned bronze in 2014 and is guaranteed an upgrade as she takes on Caitlin Parker of Australia next.

Women's 3m Springboard final (10:07 BST)
Grace Reid became the first female athlete from Scotland to win a Commonwealth gold, when she finished first in the 1m springboard on Friday.
Can she add another to her collection in the 3m event?
Esther Qin of Australia is the defending champion and is looking for her third medal of the Games.
Later on, the men will compete for the 10m platform title. Lucas Thomson goes for Scotland, Aidan Hislop for Wales and there are three Englishmen involved, too - Matthew Dixon, Noah Willams and Matthew Lee.
Women's 69kg
Upset!
Rosie Eccles was bleeding from the nose but I still thought she had done enough to win. Instead it's Sandy Ryan who takes the gold medal!
