    They've planned for this. In they come, Verstappen also coming in. Piastri is first, they're having to hold Norris, they're not quite ready. Norris is out.

  3. Replays show it looks like a power unit failure in the Mercedes. There was nothing Kimi Antonelli could do.

    This doesn't look like a mistake from Kimi Antonelli, he's gone straight into the gravel and jumped straight out of the car.

    There is smoke pouring from the engine from that Mercedes, it looks like a technical issue.

    I get a sense that Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris now into clearer air have the legs on the Red Bull driver Max Verstappen.

  10. Race control then confirms that Oliver Bearman and Liam Lawson are under investigation for leaving the track and gaining an advantage.

  11. Max Verstappen and Lando Norris may not have enjoyed getting caught up in that scrap but Fernando Alonso does as he takes full advantage to sweep around the outside of Oliver Bearman and into 12th.

    Red Bull tried to leapfrog the McLarens in the pit lane but it didn't work because McLaren reacted immediately and did two very impressive, quick and crucial stops, and they are now comfortably ahead of Max Verstappen.

  13. Not ideal for Lando Norris as he gets caught up in a battle between Liam Lawson and Oliver Bearman.

    Max Verstappen isn't happy with what he sees just ahead of him, calling them idiots.

    They put on the soft tyres and it is a clean stop for Piastri. 2.2 seconds.

  19. Oscar Piastri is back out into the lead, four seconds ahead of Lando Norris.

    The front three are now all on softs that will go to the end of the race.

  20. Here comes Lando Norris for his second stop. He's back out in second but Max Verstappen is just eight tenths behind.
