"It must be a good feeling to win convincingly and then come out and play on the same pitch."

"This is a rebuilding of the next phase. I would like to see these two talented batsmen - Alex Hales and Jason Roy - cash in."
Pakistan have taken the field, after a quick pep-talk from 1970s captain Intikhab Alam, who older readers may remember turning out for Surrey in that era. Time for Alex Hales and Jason Roy to see if they can improve on Wednesday's performance, and get through the first over without losing a wicket.

"Apart from Topley, there was nobody else with any oomph in the bowling. The England attack weren't very good at all, especially the spinners."
Elsewhere in the world of cricket, everyone's favourite Aussie pantomime villain David Warner has been in the runs, dominating the first day of the second Test against New Zealand in Perth and whacking 244 not out as the Australians racked up 416-2 in 90 overs. You can read more here.

Ex-England spinner on BBC Test Match Special
"I don't think it'll be the same team in the third one-day international if England lose again. There was one very good partnership, but not much else, apart from Reece Topley who played well."

Andy: Alex Hales. Take 2. Don't let me down this time!
What can I tell you about Pakistan's new men? Mohammad Rizwan, 23, has 11 ODIs and six T20 internationals under his belt, he's a right-handed keeper-batsman but will be in the outfield today, with Sarfraz Ahmed retaining the gauntlets.
Debutant Iftikhar Ahmed, 25, is from Peshawar and gets his first taste of international cricket in any format today, having recently been in action for the Water and Power Development Authority in first-class cricket. He's an all-rounder - a right-handed batsman and off-spinner.
Pakistan captain Azhar Ali: "It's the second game on this pitch so it will probably be on the slower side."
Pakistan hand an international debut to Iftikhar Ahmed and recall Mohammad Rizwan, in place of the retired Younus Khan and the omitted Bilal Asif.
England captain Eoin Morgan: "Not a bad toss to win here, we're playing on the same wicket as the other day so we'll bat first as it may get a little worse. We let ourselves down with the ball the other day, and we'll look to rectify that. I think it'll turn a little more than the other day, so hopefully our two spinners will come into it more."
England have won the toss, again, and will bat first, again. They're unchanged. Even the pitch is the same as the first game.
Test captain Alastair Cook lost all three tosses in the Test series - will limited-overs skipper Eoin Morgan, who won the toss on Wednesday but lost the game, make changes today? Or adopt the "we're not panicking after one defeat so we're unchanged" approach?
Pakistan, meanwhile, need to replace veteran batsman Younus Khan who retired from ODIs after just one match of the series. We'll find out those answers shortly.
