As you might have gathered, both teams have made changes again today. As a result, James Vince will open the batting for England alongside Jason Roy. England have clearly been impressed with the Hampshire man in this series.
Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi: "We've already lost the series but this game important for us, for our morale and motivation as we can take out lots of positive things.
"This England team has done really well in our conditions.
"We want to bring in some new talent in before the T20 World Cup next year so we've made a few changes to the team as this is the last experiment we're going to do before the World Cup.
"Modern cricket is so fast so it's 100% about fitness and we've also got to look at our fielding as cricket has changed."
England: Jason Roy, James Vince, Joe Root, Moeen Ali, Eoin Morgan, Jos Buttler, Sam Billings, Chris Woakes, David Willey, Chris Jordan, Adil Rashid.
Pakistan: Rafatullah Mohmand, Ahmed Shehzad, Mohammad Hafeez, Shoaib Malik, Mohammad Rizwan, Umar Akmal, Shahid Afridi, Aamer Yamin, Anwar Ali, Sohail Tanvir, Mohammad Irfan.
England captain Eoin Morgan, speaking at the toss: "The pitch is potentially a slow turner - looking back at the one-day game here it got harder to bat on later in the innings.
"But it shouldn't change too much over the course of a T20 and it's great to have first go with the bat.
"With the team it's still a case of chopping and changing - we've got a number of injuries and it's important to grow our squad as much as we can.
"Hopefully we'll put in a performance and go 3-0 up in the series - we're up for it tonight."
Just on the toss thing... is it possible to be a good 'tosser'? Alastair Cook has a terrible record at the toss, but Eoin Morgan seems to always call correctly.
England captain Eoin Morgan wins the toss and decides to bat first...
After all, who said you had to prioritise success in one form of the game over the other? The Aussies managed it at their all-conquering best.
There's a lot to like about Eoin Morgan, Jos Buttler, Sam Billings & Co. Now let's see if they can become the first England T20 side to complete a series whitewash.
They lead Pakistan 2-0 with one to go. First, here's some news from the toss...
"It's OK, as long as we win the Test matches I don't care. They're what matter really."
Not my words... but I've heard them spoken down the years. By different people.
Now though, England are taking limited-overs cricket seriously. And the results are pretty spectacular.
More spectacular than Tyson Fury dethroning Wladimir Klitschko and then singing Aerosmith in celebration.
OK... not quite that spectacular. But you get the drift.
