KEATON JENNINGS HITS DOUBLE CENTURYpublished at 11:36 British Summer Time 23 June 2016

    Durham 172 & 477-8 v Yorkshire 323

Durham opener Keaton Jennings - who, let's not forget, began this innings in the final session on Tuesday - collects two runs off Tim Bresnan to bring up the first double century of his career. The lead is 326. How long will Durham bat on?

Liam Livingstone reaches an 80-ball half-century with three runs off left-armer Keith Barker. Overnight partner Haseeb Hameed is on 82 and it must be very gratifying to Ashley Giles, and Lancashire supporters, to see two of their younger brigade batting so well in tandem. The partnership is currently worth 79 and the lead is 228.

  4. Cautious start by Durhampublished at 11:16 British Summer Time 23 June 2016

    Durham 172 & 457-8 v Yorkshire 323

No sign of Durham being in a hurry to declare at the Riverside, with just five runs added so far from tight bowling by Tim Bresnan and Steven Patterson. Keaton Jennings has advanced his score to 187 and Durham's lead is 306.

  5. Late start at Arundelpublished at 11:13 British Summer Time 23 June 2016

    Sussex 178 v Northamptonshire 43-1

Apologies for misleading you earlier on. Play will start at at noon on day two between Sussex and Northamptonshire. Forecast is a bit dodgy, though.

    Derbyshire 467-5 dec v Worcestershire 164 & 24-2

Derbyshire haven't won a home Championship game since 2014, but their prospects of doing so today have been given an early boost as Tony Palladino with the final ball of his first over. Worcestershire still need another 279 to make Derbyshire bat again.

Injury blow for Collypublished at 10:54 British Summer Time 23 June 2016

    Durham 172 & 452-8 v Yorkshire 323

So, it looks like Paul Collingwood might not decide when and if Durham will declare (see 10:30 entry) after all. The former England all-rounder suffered a suspected fractured thumb earlier in the game and is unlikely to take the field at the Riverside, with Mark Stoneman set to deputise as skipper.

    Lancashire 308 & 170-5 v Warwickshire 263 (start 11:00 BST)

One of of the performances to attract attention in this week's Championship games has been that of Lancashire's teenage leg-spinner Matt Parkinson.

The 19-year-old bowled a couple of absolute beauties into the rough to bowl Warwickshire's Boyd Rankin and Oliver Hannon-Dalby during the third day's play at Old Trafford and return figures of 5-49.

I've seen the videos - and they were reminiscent of, dare I say it, Shane Warne. No doubt Lancashire won't want to over-use him, but if he can maintain that kind of form, it won't be long before one of the England selectors will be taking a look.

County Championship (play starts 11:00 BST)

It is a day for big decisions.

Already, I have had to decide which sock to put on first, and whether to remain loyal to Wholegrain Apricot Wheats for breakfast, or leave them in the cupboard and try Red Cherry Wheats instead.

In cricket, Durham opener Keaton Jennings is 15 runs short of a double-century against Yorkshire, but with his side already 301 ahead, skipper Paul Collingwood must decide how long to give him to score them before declaring  - unless Yorkshire claim the last two wickets to take the decision out his hands.

Meanwhile, Lancashire lead Warwickshire by 215 at Old Trafford and home skipper Steven Croft may also be contemplating the timing of a declaration as they try to force a victory.

Who will be top of the County Championship this evening? Stay with us for the next few hours to find out.
