She was trying to swivel to find that legside fence. Just as we thought the Windies were getting on top, England strike. Long-on went back, she took the bait and it looked like a pretty simple decision for the umpire.

  2. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 39 overs

    Fletcher lbw b Marsh 15 (WI 123-8)

West Indies pick up three quick singles and seem to have found the right strategy but Fletcher then inexplicably has an ugly swipe across the line and is trapped in front by the returning Laura Marsh.

  3. WI 120-7 (target 150)published at 38 overs

Brilliant from Afy Fletcher, going over the top over mid-on and that's another four off Hartley.

This partnership worth 20, 30 more required. Time to bring back Sophie Ecclestone who bowled so well earlier?

We're in for a good finish. These two are finding their feet and taking some risks.

  5. WI 115-7published at 37 overs

Heather Knight bowls a full toss, Fletcher sweeps in the air but it falls just short of Tammy Beaumont. The Windies run a quick single and the ball hits the stumps but Fletcher is home.

Harum-scarum at times but the hosts are starting to get their belief back.

Who's your money on? This feels 50/50 from here.

  6. WI 111-7 (target 150)published at 36 overs

Campbelle gets in on the act, smacking Hartley for another precious boundary. That's two fours in three balls and West Indies edging closer to the target of 150.

  8. WI 107-7published at 35 overs

Heather Knight in for her second over. Not offering much for Fletcher to get excited about. The batter has had enough of this and lofts over the bowler's head for a very rare boundary. 43 needed off 15. Three wickets would do it for England.

England have done a brilliant job in pulling it back, they're putting the squeeze on West Indies who are going to have to take some risks. These two batters are going to have to put their heads together as England are favourites at the moment.

    WI 103-7 (target 150)

Alex Hartley again and the vuvuzelas have been silenced for now. Shemaine Campbelle gets off the mark with a sweep edged unconvincingly behind. Fletcher then drives uppishly for another single.

Time for a drinks break and West Indies have got plenty to think about here. This pair just need to stick around for now.

  11. WI 101-7 (target 150)published at 33 overs

England skipper Heather Knight has brought herself on with spin very much the way to go, claiming six of the seven Windies wickets so far. She starts with a maiden with Fletcher missing with an ugly cut off the final ball of the over.

  12. WI 101-7 (target 150)published at 32 overs

Afy Fletcher survives the hat-trick ball but England now the favourites with West Indies needing 49 from their final three wickets.

Alex Hartley now has figures of 3-15 from six overs. How this match has changed in the last few minutes.

There are heads in hands in the West Indies dug-out. They're not looking very confident.

  14. wicket

    Mohammed lbw b Hartley 0 (WI 100-7)

Extraordinary! Three wickets in four balls and Hartley on a hat-trick!

Suddenly things have changed. Hartley has the breakthrough, and all of a sudden Dottin and Taylor are back in the pavilion. This is getting interesting!

  16. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 31.1 overs

    Taylor lbw b Hartley 9 (WI 100-6)

And now they've both gone! The West Indies skipper trapped in front by Alex Hartley.

We know what Deandra Dottin can do - it looked like she was going over the top, but Georgia Elwiss took a very good catch in the end, diving forward. Some players might not have gone for that catch. Katherine Brunt is very fired up, and we're in for an exciting finish.

  18. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 30.5 overs

    Dottin c Elwiss b Brunt 28 (WI 100-5)

And they are separated! Deandra Dottin tries to loft Katherine Brunt but is through the shot too quickly and lofts to Georgie Elwiss.

  19. WI 96-4 (target 150)published at 30 overs

Alex Hartley into her fifth over and she restricts the Windies to just two off that over.

The hosts need 56 off the final 20 overs. Plenty of time but if England can separate these two, they still have a real chance.

Katherine Brunt loves coming back on in these situations. She'll be fired up. From England's point of view, mixing it up will mean the batters can't settle.
