Here are the West Indies' bowling figures... Bishoo the most expensive while everybody else had an economy rate between 5 and 5.80. Shannon Gabriel and Jason Holder were impressive - bear in mind that one of Gabriel's overs went for 20. It was excellent control otherwise.

Moeen finishes with 31 from 22 deliveries while Chris Woakes did not face a ball after coming in for Morgan in the final over. In addition to the captain's 107 off 116, Ben Stokes (55 off 61) and Sam Billings (52 from 56) provided the key contributions.

After seeing the rain this morning, the last thing England needed was to lose the toss and bat first because the ball was nipping around. However, the rebuilding job by Billings and Morgan means West Indies have been set a tough target.

A couple of chips for two from Moeen completes the England innings. Not quite 300 but, still, a more than respectable total after a difficult start on a tricky pitch.

There was a lot of respect, a lot of handshakes when he went off the field. That's nice to see, a show of respect. It's a real captain's innings.

    Morgan run out (Brathwaite) 107

    Morgan has gone.

Ali hits it straight back down the wicket, Brathwaite reaches out and grabs the ball, turns round and throws it straight into the stumps at the non-strikers end to run out the England skipper.

    A captain's innings!

England are well set for 300 with so many wickets in hand. Now it just feels like a matter of time. All they have to do is get bat on ball and find those angles. The West Indies will feel a bit deflated after the start they'd had. If they'd held on to a few of those catches they had put down.

    Morgan 107, Moeen 23

Morgan motoring, a full swing through the covers for four as Jason Holder offers him width. The paceman is unimpressed when he's wided for a bouncer deemed over shoulder height to Moeen. Hands on hips and pursed lips. 11 off the penultimate over, 12 more takes England to 300.

Morgan has scored quite brilliantly. He was arguably one of the players that started the renaissance in England's one-day international cricket. A couple of years back, he was the one player that now plays how we see all players do.

100 for Morganpublished at 48 overs

    Eng 277-5

What an innings from the England skipper and what a way to reach his hundred, swatting Carlos Brathwaite for a maximum. You can see what it meant to him as he leaps in the air and clenches his fist. 100 from 112 balls. Excellent stuff, leading by example.

It's perfectly set. Look at how Moeen has come in and got things going. You feel, with the two medium pacers to finish off the last overs, there will be a little bit more there for the batsmen to get their arms through.

  15. Eng 265-5published at 47 overs

Eoin Morgan's enjoying himself, reverse-sweeping Bishoo for four to move into the nineties. Perhaps unsettled, Bishoo strays to leg and donates two wides as keeper Shai Hope cannot collect. Moeen then goes dead straight down the ground for a one-bounce four. It's 16 off the over and 300 is coming into view.

  17. Eng 249-5published at 46 overs

Moeen Ali is such an elegant batsman, a beautiful textbook off-drive deserves more than just a couple.

With the fielders spread out, he treats himself to another quick two. A single to extra cover brings Morgan on strike who digs out a Gabriel yorker for another run.

Gabriel has struggled with his line at times today as he gifts England a wide down the leg-side. Moeen scrambles for two more from the final ball of the over.

No boundaries but still nine off the over.

Very mature from Stokes and good to see. With all the hype that's been around him it would have been very easy to let the whole situation play havoc on the brain. He's shown some brute strength too with that hit down the ground. Now it's down to the captain.

  20. Eng 240-5published at 45 overs

Moeen Ali in now and off the mark with a single. That wicket ended a partnership of 110 while Bishoo conceded only five from that over after the carnage from the previous one.
