    West Indies v England

England took a one-nil series lead after the first ODI, thanks to a sparking century from captain Eoin Morgan.

The Windies let early chances slip, despite removing Jason Roy and Joe Root early, before Morgan went on to make 107 from 116 balls.

Chasing 297 for victory, the West Indies slipped to 39-3 and struggled for consistency. Jason Mohammed's 72 was an entertaining cameo, but not enough to get the home side over the line.
