England are very much on the defensive now. They have a one-day field to Moeen Ali and are waiting for West Indies to make a mistake.

This is the first time since Sept 2014 that West Indies have scored 400 in a Test match, a run of 26 Tests. The last time 484 against Bangladesh.
Blackwood 47, Holder 42
Woakes sprays down a ropey wide - an indication of his lack of match fitness - before beating the bat with a terrific delivery - an indication of his actual talent.
Another top ball to finish - but they're been too far and few between for Woakes in this Test.
400 up for West Indies as Holder guides one down to third man for a single after Blackwood had worked Woakes for a couple then a single earlier in the over.
Tremendous batting from the visitors and more to come.

Jack Byrne: Woakes is one of the first names on the teamsheet for me, but not sure I agree with him getting fitness and overs in a Test match.

Moeen Ali enters the fray, desperate to make amends for his dire drop earlier.
The first drift down leg and runs away for a couple of leg byes.
Bit of drift, slight turn but not much for Moeen first up - a tidy enough over though.
Over in Dhaka, Australia have bowled out Bangladesh for 260.
Pat Cummins, Nathan Lyon and Ashton Agar took three wickets each with Lyon's third wicket giving him his 250th in Tests.
He also earlier became Australia's second most-successful spinner, only behind Shane Warne, after passing Richie Benaud's haul of 248.

Blackwood 43, Holder 41
Another tremendous back punch drive for four by Holder, who is enjoying some pretty tepid bowling from Woakes.
A couple off his legs and he's almost caught up with Blackwood.
And that's drinks. England with plenty to ponder after seeing their dream start turn slightly nightmarish.

Runs through vacant third slip again - Anderson grimaces, Holder onto 33 with his latest four.
The Windies captain averages 39 at home but just 17 away. Bags of ability though - would be he better served not just swinging away down the order?
That cover drive earlier was one the greats of this game would be proud of. Ian Bell, for example.
I'm kidding, don't barrage me with messages.

I like Woakes' bowling and he should be the third seamer in Australia but it is obvious he is not at his best.
Maybe it would have been better for him to play more county cricket and carry on with Toby Roland Jones.
Woakes' pace isn't even up. When you have had a rib injury you need to be confident it won't come back.
Blackwood and Holder have ridden their luck a little at times - but there was nothing lucky about this four.

The score was 333-7 when Moeen dropped Blackwood.
Woakes a bit meh first up. No real threat to the batsmen as Windies add another to the total.
Woakes in for Broad - first ball, Holder swipes it away high over mid-wicket but it drops safely over the head of Moeen Ali for a couple.
The ball is just following Moeen at the moment - a couple more as Holder flicks into the leg-side and the all-rounder comes round from his new position out on the fence.
That's the 50 partnership for these two off just 55 balls.

The other option which solves the problem is that Stokes could just shut up, get on with the game and stop being such a big baby. No need for tactical swearing then.

Good response from Anderson, following up that boundary with five dots.
Looks like Blackwood reckons he's seen off the Lancashire paceman now.
"This partnership is winning the match for them now," states a colleague.
Hard to argue if it continues - Blackwood now picking up a short ball outside off from Anderson and clattering it through midwicket with a vicious pull shot for four.
They've negated those early wobbles and could take this game away from England.
