West Indies should have gone to Shannon Gabriel earlier than they did. They should have tested Moeen with the short ball. Their chance to seize the initiative was when Jonny Bairstow was out.
Holder strays too straight onto the pads and Woakes - seeing it beautifully - guides it fine for four as he closes on a superb 50.
