Jeremy Collard: This has the feel of one that will go to the last four or five runs. Good moment to raise the 40+ no balls bowled by Gabriel.

Andrew Webb: Are we heading towards an Edgbaston 2005 style finish?

England, rightly or wrongly, don't want to risk Moeen at the moment. They've gone to their senior citizens to bowl straight and keep it tight.

Need 103 to win from 28 overs

    More clapping from the crowd.

That's the length from Broad. It finds the middle of the bat but the bowler still had had his hands on his head after a full delivery.

England have quietened Shai Hope down. His scoring has ground to a halt. Can the 23-year-old in his 12th Test deal with the pressure?

He misses out with half volley on the final ball. Hope rocks his head back in disappointment at missing out. Back-to-back maidens.

Root has had enough of Moeen for now.

Broady is back. England need a 'Broad special'.

Joe Root is the only man in the slips for Anderson.

Jimmy is mixing it up. An off cutter is followed by the one he wants to swing away but the ball doesn't really move. It is still good tight bowling.

A maiden from Anderson. The crowd appreciate it.

I can't believe Joe Root hasn't given himself a bowl. He's a partnership breaker - he's worth two or three overs. Michael Atherton was always shy of bringing himself on but he once took 44 first-class wickets in a season.

Moeen has not got it right today and Joe Root hasn't got anywhere else to turn in the slow bowling department.

  8. WI 219-3published at 66 overs

Need 103 to win from 30 overs

That's not a great start to the over from Moeen. One too full, another too leg side and then too full again. England have a classic in-out field and that means West Indies can knock singles at will if Moeen doesn't hit his mark.

Much better! He beats the batsman outside off stump with the ball that goes straight on. Stokes puts his hands on his head at slip.

    Close.

  9. WI 214-3published at 65 overs

Need 108 to win from 31 overs

It was indeed a little bit of reverse swing and is there any better exponent of it in world cricket?

The crowd clap again. In comes Jimmy. Too short.

The final ball is better and Chase can only defend. "No!", the batsman bellows.

Jimmy is getting reverse swing! Now that's another subplot to throw into the mix. That makes England slightly more likely to win than they were two minutes ago.

    Almost!

Jimmy has got one to come in to Hope but the batsmen just gets his bat down the ball.

Anderson knows he almost had his man there.

Now he beats Chase. The crowd are alive. Jimmy is starting to get the ball to talk.

  12. WI 212-3published at 64 overs

West Indies need 110 runs from min 32 overs

There a few tense faces in the crowd. Plenty of fingernails will be bitten in the next couple of hours.

Moeen improves his line but can't find the big spin he's after.

The only pressure West Indies are under now is from themselves.

  14. WI 210-3published at 63.1 overs

Wide and full from Moeen and punished.

Chase whacks the ball to the rope.

England need their spinner to up his game. He's only taken one wicket in the match.

  16. WI 206-3published at 63 overs

West Indies need 116 runs from min 33 overs

The crowd are encouraging Anderson. They're rhythmically clapping like a long jumper before their run up.

Hope still looks solid. He knocks a single to bring Roston Chase onto strike.

Too short from Jimmy. I'm putting this out there. He'll take his 500th wicket to win the match.

The second new ball is a real balancing act. Do you take it if the batsmen are in and scoring quickly? It's another subplot.

If WIndies start prodding and nurdling I think they'll lose. They have to continue as they have been. And I really hope they pull it off. It would be great for cricket.
