What a spell for England this has been. New Zealand were 89-1 but they're now four down with Bates, Satterthwaite and Devine all out.

New Zealand have to dig in now to keep themselves in the game. Here's the wicket of Satterthwaite...

That was a fantastic catch by Anya Shrubsole. She didn't get herself in the best position, but because she's got such good hands, she made up for it. Sophie Devine is a definite match-winner. It's hard to see how New Zealand can come back.

    Devine c Shrubsole b Hartley 8 (NZ 115-4)

Is this the game? New Zealand's big three all back in the hutch. Sophie Devine is the latest to go as she tries a big shot to Hartley but skies the ball high in the air. In the end it is a really good catch from Anya Shrubsole running back at mid-off.

The left-arm spinner punches the air as the catch is taken. She knows that's a big one.

  4. NZ 115-3published at 25 overs

    Target 285

Still New Zealand keep the score ticking. England have dismissed New Zealand captain Suzie Bates but there is still work to do.

  5. NZ 111-3published at 24.1 overs

    Target 285

Not the way Laura Marsh wanted to start this latest over. Katey Martin looks to sweep and Sarah Taylor gambles, looking for the catch off the face of the bat, but the ball is missed by the batter and goes all the way to the rope for four wides.

  6. NZ 106-3published at 24 overs

    Target 285

That's the danger of Sophie Devine. Injury or no injury. Alex Hartley has just dismissed Suzie Bates but the right-hander - batting without a helmet - slog sweeps the left-arm spinner for four.

    Six from the over.

  7. NZ 100-3published at 23 overs

    Target 285

Now we do see big-hitting Sophie Devine at the crease. She walks out with bat in left-hand swinging around her right arm as if to try and warm up the shoulder. Is that a sign of her injury?

She manages to get off the mark early on with a single to long on which brings up the New Zealand 100.

  8. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 22.1 overs

    Satterthwaite c&b Marsh 35 (NZ 99-3)

Another big moment. Laura Marsh into the attack and she has a wicket with her first ball of the spell. It is a soft dismissal, Satterthwaite popping a leading edge back to the bowler.

The two set batters gone. England back in charge of this game.

It's going to take a big partnership to win this game. Someone has got to match Sciver and someone has got to match Beaumont.

  10. NZ 97-2published at 21 overs

    Target 285

Now can England squeeze the scoring?

Not really. Sciver starts well but the final ball of the over again haunts England as Katey Martin slaps the ball for four. New Zealand are still ahead of where England were at this stage.

Katey Martin is a very under-rated cricketer; she's a very good player of spin.

  12. NZ 90-2published at 20 overs

    Target 285

It is Katey Martin in at number four for New Zealand so that means no Sophie Devine who went off the field with a back injury during the first innings. Martin is good but Devine hit 93 from 41 in the last match. This could have a big impact on the outcome.

She has a habit of getting skippers out - first Australia and now New Zealand. Alex Hartley, a giant killer.

Bates st Taylor b Hartley 44 (NZ 89-2)

    Brilliant bowling, even better wicketkeeping.

Alex Hartley has New Zealand captain Suzie Bates out stumped. Just how big a wicket is that? The delivery has a little more flight and beats Bates before Taylor has the bails off faster than the blink of an eye.

Taylor knew she had done the job and the umpire's finger was straight up.

    Bates 40 Satterthwaite 32

After taking an early wicket and keeping things tight through Anya Shrubsole and Katherine Brunt, England have much to ponder as they head for drinks.

New Zealand are starting to up their scoring rate.

  17. NZ 85-1published at 19 overs

    Target 285

Suzie Bates was the top scorer at the last World Cup so England will be well aware they need to take a wicket. Heather Knight turns to centurion Nat Sciver. Can star with the ball as well as the bat?

No sign yet. No boundaries but six runs, all singles and one of those courtesy of as mis-field.

  18. NZ 79-1published at 18 overs

    Target 285

    Better. Much better.

A maiden from Alex Hartley. She gets a pat on her back from her skipper Heather Knight.

England need to restrict the boundaries which have started to flow in these last few overs...

If New Zealand win, this would be the second highest chase in women's ODIs, after Australia's 289-6 against New Zealand in 2012.

How many times do 'experts' say "you have to finish off your over"?

Laura Marsh bowls a really tight five balls but it is ruined on the final ball as Satterthwaite sweeps over mid-wicket for four.

This partnership is now worth 65. Dangerous.
