Wow. This is incredible. The atmosphere is amazing. The minute the ball hit the pad everyone went up.

The noise inside Lord's is magnificent right now. Anya Shrubsole walks back to her fielding position to a huge round of applause from the stands. India need 38 from 42 balls.

Raut lbw Shrubsole 86 (Ind 191-4)

Gone! Is that the crucial breakthrough for England? Oh that is so very out, Punam Raut playing all around a good ball from Anya Shrubsole. There's an almighty yell from Shrubsole and the umpire raises his finger! Raut has a long chat with Krishnamurthy, tries to review it - and then gets told no, she's run out of time. Off she trots to a standing ovation from Lord's.

  4. Ind 190-3published at 42.3 overs

    Target 229

Here's Anya Shrubsole - and there goes Anya Shrubsole. Four! That's pure power, Krishnamurthy throwing her hands at a bit of a loosener and carving it over the field at to the boundary. And again! That's even better! Straight back over Shrubsole's head and with one bounce, it finds the rope. There is a huge grin on Mithali Raj's face right now. Shrubsole responds with a short delivery that just beats Krishnamurthy's attempted shovel.

Krishnamurthy came out with such intent but now she is just nudging singles. India need her to take the attack to England.

VinniethePanda: Very poor bowling today, too easy to nurdle one's and two's and any attempt at a fuller delivery is sliding down the leg

  7. Ind 182-3published at 42 overs

    Target 229

Ooh! Oh that is so close! Krishnamurthy takes a step to the side, Alex Hartley bowls one at the stumps, and the batsman comes so close to chopping on! This is really good bowling, Hartley pushing the batsman right back into her crease. And again! This time, Krishnamurthy gets enough bat on a low, late cut to get the ball away from her stumps and off for a single. Really good work from Hartley at this stage in the innings.

Here's Heather Knight's drop of Veda Krishnamurthy. Catchable? You bet.

These are the sort of shots she's capable of.

  9. Ind 178-3published at 41 overs

India need 51 from 54 balls

Laura Marsh bowls her final over, Raut gets a top edge on a sweep - and the ball flies over Alex Hartley's head at short fine leg! Ooh, that was close. It's all got very grey out there, both in terms of England's mood, and the skies above...

I just think Raut wanted a rest. She ran up the other end like she was on nought.

    Target 229

Jenny Gunn tilts her head to one side and stares into the distance as Katherine Brunt, sliding to cut off a Punam Raut swipe, loses her footing and ends up dropping the ball. That allows India to steal another single. Brunt looks delighted with herself.

Right. Ten overs left, 63 needed. Let's go. Jenny Gunn will get us going after this mini-break.

Punam Raut is still down on the ground receiving treatment. India definitely won't want their opening batter to be forced off. She is currently on 75 and this is one of her five boundaries...

Ah. That might be why Punam Raut wasn't too keen on running - she's got cramp. The physio and 12th man come out with drinks and towels, while Krishnamurthy stretches out her team-mate's leg. She doesn't look particularly comfortable, it has to be said.

India have got to be careful. They have still got to look to score. If they end up with two new batters in here then suddenly 60 runs is a lot to get. They have shown a little lack of intent in this over.

  16. Ind 166-3published at 39 overs

India need 63 from 66 balls

Hmm. Punam Raut blocks away the first four balls of a new Laura Marsh over, before eventually getting a single with a little push down the ground. I'm not saying they should be going after everything but a fair few of those deliveries from Marsh were hittable. A tidy over from Marsh, just one from it.

  17. Ind 165-3published at 38 overs

    Raut 74, Krishnamurthy 15

India take a quick single, both Tammy Beaumont and Laura Marsh run over the ball, and Raut is able to charge through for a single. Knight looks to the heavens and then wanders over for a chat with her bowler. She's still clutching her back.

Heather Knight is one of best catchers in this team. She has got a million things going through her head, she is probably thinking of the next over. Usually she doesn't drop a thing.

  19. dropped catch

Krishnamurthy dropped on 14published at 37.2 overs

Speaking of the Gunnster, here she is. And Krishnamurthy is dropped off her second delivery! Oh, that was catchable. Krishnamurthy went hard and Heather Knight, diving to her right at extra cover, got two hands to it, and then spilled it. I don't think she needed to dive for that - and she's tweaked her back in the process.
