Another shuffle of the pack from Knight as she turns back to Shrubsole. Kaur straight drives, elbow at textbook height, but Jenny Gunn comes darting across to cut off the boundary. Good running, too, as Kaur comes charging up the field and makes an easy slide over the line as Fran Wilson pings in a return throw.

Kaur is playing well. This is what she did against Australia. She took her time and didn't go crazy. Once she started to find her stride, that is when she went big.

    Sciver 4-1-21-0

Applause around Lord's as a strolled single brings up the 100. Sciver responds with a straight delivery that Raut plays across her pads, and the edge just drops short of the incoming fielder. England's fielding has really improved under Mark Robinson, as a tumbling stop from Tammy Beaumont cuts off a boundary. A nice little pull from Kaur splits two fielders as the ball merrily tumbles into the boundary rope.

Here is that second six that put India in front of the DLS target. Kaur hit seven of these against Australia the other day, on her way to a match-winning 171.

  7. Ind 99-2published at 26 overs

    Raut 44, Kaur 33

Not too much damage from that. It's short and wide from Knight, but Raut lashed it high into the air, and the India batsmen jogged an easy two. The over ends with another two as a thick edge to a full ball finds the boundary.

    Ind 95-2

Knight, who trots to the wicket, kicking her knees up, gets Kaur driving but the ball flies straight to the cannily placed fielder. Oops, and that's a no ball! High from Knight, the ball meeting Raut's bat above waist height. Here comes a free hit...

    Cheers, Matt.

India are currently ahead on DLS courtesy of that second giant six from Harmanpreet Kaur. Here's Heather Knight to twirl her arm over.

India need 137 to win from 25 overs

Sciver is back. These batters are both in and England will be looking for a breakthrough from their all-rounder. Plenty of changes of pace to start the over but the first three balls go for a single.

The fourth hits Raut on the pads and the bowler is interested with a big appeal. Shake of the head from the umpire. Going down leg, I think. England again rightly choose against a review.

A single finishes the over and that is me done. Amy is back to take you to the end of this final. It is set up perfectly. Don't go anywhere.

We saw so many of these shots from Kaur against the Australians the other day. She hits the ball nicely and so much of it is because of her bat swing. Her hands really extend and she has great bat speed through the ball.

    What was I saying?

Another maximum! For a while Alex Hartley thought Fran Wilson on the deep square leg boundary was in business but Kaur gets it just wide enough for the fielder. A fellow in the crowd leans over the advertising boards to try and take the catch but can't cling on. Don't give up the day job.

Sunil Gavaskar was saying that the buzz back home was everyone was behind the girls. You can sense a cultural shift around women in sport and women in cricket. A win today would be absolutely massive.

  15. Ind 79-2published at 23 overs

India need 150 to win from 27 overs

We're into the classic 'milk the spinners middle period' of this innings. Kaur and Raut are capable of the big shot (see below) but for now they're being clever and coming down the wicket and being selective in what to hit.

There's a woman knitting in the crowd to calm the nerves. Deepti Sharma, the next batter in, is sat on the boundary a little away from her team-mates with her pads on. How is she feeling?

Against Australia, Harmanpreet Kaur was on 19 runs from 39 deliveries - here, she was 19 runs from 40 deliveries.

  17. Ind 75-2published at 22 overs

    Target 229

The running is still a little edgy from the Indians. A better throw from England and Raut may have been in trouble. The partnership between these is now into the thirties. They are both very dangerous players with hundreds to their name in this competition. The win predictor on the TV coverage has an England win at 70% but I wouldn't be so confident.

Back to singles after that big shot from Kaur last over. Four of them add to the total. Rain was forecast this afternoon but it is currently glorious. Lord's is packed and now under blue skies.

We're also beyond the 20 over mark which means we'll definitely not be using tomorrow's reserve day.

That's gone 20 yards over the boundary rope! She's picked the right ball. She knows when she's going to go and she connected.
