50 for Wyattpublished at 11 overs

    Eng 88-3

Danni Wyatt brings up he half century with a six!

A little width from Amanda Wellington was carved away by Wyatt, the ball just climbing over Ashleigh Gardner's head as she leapt backwards on the rope. It's taken Wyatt 37 balls to reach her half-century. England will need her to double that.

  2. Eng 82-3published at 10.5 overs

A cracking bit of work from Perry sends her tumbling over the boundary rope as she dives to cut off an aerial shot from Heather Knight. A knackered-looking Beth Mooney then goes tumbling to the ground as she cuts off a ball that was heading down to the third man boundary. What a game she's had. That's, er, less good though, as Danni Wyatt chips an Amanda Wellington delivery up into the air, Villani charges backwards and misses.

  3. Eng 73-3published at 10 overs

England need 106 from 60 balls

Knight flicks a delivery off her hip but a cannily placed fielder in the deep cuts off the ball before it bounces over the rope. There's too much width on offer there from Schutt, though, and Danni Wyatt cracks her through the covers for a welcome boundary.

Australia's fielding this evening has been pretty poor.

  5. Eng 66-3published at 9.2 overs

    Target 179

Oh! Megan Schutt is back into the attack and beats Heather Knight, who comes out of her crease and then has to hastily plonk her foot back over the line. Alyssa Healy has the bails off but Knight was home safe.

You don't see this often from an Australia team. They have dropped two easy catches. England could be dead and buried by now.

  7. Eng 65-3published at 9 overs

Wyatt ticks off another single to finish the over.

England under pressure but it could be so much better for the Aussies had they not spilled both those simple chances.

  8. dropped catch

Strano drops Knightpublished at 8.5 overs

Amanda-Jade Wellington into the attack for the first time - an edge from Heather Knight that is just pulled in by Ellyse Perry before the rope.

A couple of singles before Knight lets loose and clatters Wellington over cover - one bounce four.

Oh no. Another spill by the Aussies and it's another dolly - Knight skying one and Strano shells it.

  9. 'Wyatt playing nicely'published at 10:11 Greenwich Mean Time 21 November 2017

    Charlotte Edwards

That is the type of calculated shot I've been talking about. Wyatt didn't try to hit the ball too hard.

She's playing nicely now. Alyssa Healy will be kicking herself.

  10. Eng 55-3published at 8 overs

    Knight 6, Wyatt 36

Another shuffle of the pack from Australia as Ashleigh Gardner and her off-breaks come into the attack. And, er, her first ball is summarily thumped to the ropes by Danni Wyatt. Heather Knight's sneaky lap sweep adds another couple to the total before Wyatt rounds off a profitable over with a drive that splits two fielders.

  11. Eng 43-3published at 7 overs

England need 136 from 78 balls

Six overs in, you're three wickets down, and on comes Ellyse Perry. Cricket is unfair, at times. Mind you, Danni Wyatt gets a look at her first delivery before thrashing a full ball over Perry's head and down to the boundary. Ooft, Wyatt looks set for another boundary with a thrashing cover drive but Molly Strano leaps like a fish out of water to cut the ball off. Australia are well up for this. Perry caps off an entertaining over by getting Knight to play and miss at a pacey delivery.

  12. Eng 36-3published at 6 overs

    Target 179

What are England doing?! Now it's new batter Heather Knight diving to make her ground as she pushes a Molly Strano delivery straight to Delissa Kimmince. In fact, Knight would have been out by miles but the throw towards the non-striker's end was wide. An edge from Danni Wyatt then flies past a leaping Alyssa Healy and England scrabble a single.

It has been on the cards, hasn't it? They have looked really tentative running between the wickets.

Nat Sciver was not even in the frame.

Sciver run out (Villani) Eng 30-3

    Out!

Elyse Villani, take a bow. That is such a good bit of fielding. Nat Sciver pushed the ball straight to Villani on the edge of the circle and ran. Villani swooped and threw in one swift movement and Sciver wasn't even in the frame as the ball clattered into the stumps.

Hello, has Sciver been run out?! We're going upstairs...

  16. Eng 30-2published at 4.4 overs

Ian Healy is currently carrying out a demonstration of where his niece went wrong trying to take that catch. Actually, looking at the replay, it got big on her - it struck her higher up on the chest than I realised at first glance. Jess Jonassen continues, taking the pace right off the ball, and it keeps England in check.

What England did so well on Sunday is hit the ones and the twos. They are only looking to the boundary here. They have to look to time the ball.

  18. dropped catch

Wyatt dropped on 14published at 4 overs

    Eng 27-2

    Butter fingers!

Spinner Molly Strano is into the attack and, after frustrating Wyatt, gets the England batter to lash a delivery up in the air. It's a big leading edge, the ball swirling above Alyssa Healy, who gets under it, gets her hands to it - and it slips straight through the gloves and onto the ground.

Healy looks thoroughly irked with herself.

England are all at sea here.

  20. Eng 20-2published at 3 overs

    Target 179

Nervy times for England, as Nat Sciver nearly runs herself out to her first delivery, and then she and Danni Wyatt have a real mix-up with the running. Sciver chips a single down the ground, turns for the second and then realises Wyatt isn't coming. Sciver dives just in down and then shoots Wyatt a look of "what was that?!"
