'Not a huge amount of logic in comments'published at 10:41 British Summer Time 2 June 2018
10:41 BST 2 June 2018Stuart Broad was in the zone yesterday, admitting afterwards he'd been a bit angered by comments made abut him in the build-up to the Test.
"I've always been very open to criticism when it's come my way. I think this week there wasn't a huge amount of logic in it," Broad said afterwads.
"I thought it was a bit unfair and a bit targeted."
Broad added: "I'm very open to criticism and I won't hold a personal grudge, but I didn't feel like I deserved that,
"As I say, it's personal columns, it's radio shows that need likes and airtime."
'A forecasters nightmare'published at 10:39 British Summer Time 2 June 2018
10:39 BST 2 June 2018BBC Weather's Matt Taylor: "To be completely honest with you, it's a forecaster's nightmare. It looks like it's going to be very difficult to get some play in.
"The rain may ease off into the afternoon but the atmosphere is ripe for some big thunderstorms to develop.
"The winds will be light throughout so if you do get some play, it's going to feel quite humid. There's a little bit more in the way of optimism tomorrow."
