That was such a thoroughly entertaining batting display. Australia were under siege from the first delivery - and it just kept going.

221-5 is England's second-highest total in T20 cricket. If Australia even get close, we're in for a good night.

Why was Bairstow trying to get funky at the start of that over, when he can just stand tall and hit a shot like that?

The fielders didn't even bother looking for that. Jonny Bairstow turns on his heel and strides off. That could've been a much bigger total but for a couple of wickets at the end though.

Finally Bairstow nails one! The last ball hammered for six over the leg side. England reach 221-5. Massive, massive score.

Another brilliant delivery from Andrew Tye. Joe Root is shaking his head as he walks off. What a way to close this out by Australia.

Root run out 35 (Eng 215-5)

Brilliant bowling. Another slower ball. Bairstow misses, Root runs to the keeper, Bairsow doesn't move. Keeper Alex Carey sends it the bowlers' end and Root is run out by the length of the pitch.

  12. Eng 215-4published at 19.4 overs

Full toss. Root can't get it past mid-off. Only a single.

  13. Eng 214-4published at 19.3 overs

Dippy slower ball. Only a leg bye. Tye finishing well for Australia.

  14. Eng 213-4published at 19.2 overs

What's Bairstow trying to do here? Weird scoop. Another dot.

  15. Eng 213-4published at 19.1 overs

    Good yorker. Dot ball.

  16. Eng 213-4published at 19 overs

Very, very good Marcus Stoinis. Six balls to go. England need 18 runs for their highest T20 score. Andrew Tye to bowl it.

This is pretty good from Stoinis. Eight runs and a wicket from his five balls. One to go. Crowd singing that football is coming home...
