I'm fairly sure that they were playing in heavier rain than this at one point, but we can't restart play until it's stopped raining.

It's barely raining. No umbrellas, no droplets on the window. But as always, once they're off the field it needs to stop entirely for them to come back out again.
There are two umpire-like figures just heading off the field after wandering out to inspect the conditions.
Say it quietly, but it doesn't seem to be raining...
England have beaten Sri Lanka in three of the last four T20 encounters between these nations, and lost one.
However, none of those games took place in Sri Lanka however - two were in England, one in India and one in Bangladesh.
