  1. WI 14-3published at 10 overs

    Target 485

This over feels like England are just waiting for it to rain. There isn't the same enthusiasm. Broad isn't quite causing the problems he was despite some more big movement off the pitch. Two singles are added.

The groundsmen are putting their ponchos on. It's going to rain.

  3. WI 12-3published at 9 overs

Shai Hope hasn't been finding it much easier than Bravo. At the 27th time of asking he gets off the mark.

Mark Wood is having a concerned look up to the skies. The groundstaff are lurking. Could a shower interrupt this?

Both Ben Stokes and Mark Wood are warming up. That joke between the pair might have been about which end they wanted.

West Indies are going to have to face a Durham barrage from both ends.

    For now Anderson continues.

  6. WI 11-3published at 8 overs

    Target 485

England are enjoying this. Ben Stokes looks to be having a giggle with Mark Wood about something.

If you just looked at the figures then you'd think Stuart Broad was ineffective. That couldn't be further from the truth. He squares the batsman up completely. He's unlucky not to have anything in the wicket column.

The slips are coming in now. We're not quite in Steve Harmison territory (see below for a reminder) but Anderson has five in there now.

Jimmy Anderson seems to be using a new run-up today, which he was working on yesterday in the nets. Fair to say it's working.

Roston Chase is now out on a king pair.

Mark Wood might not even get a bowl!

I think it's a mental thing. Windies are tired and worn down. The shots we're seeing, they are loose, with no foot movement, playing away from their body... and Jimmy is on it.

That's another wobble seam from James Anderson. It's like England batting. You don't need to play that.

Ohhhhhh, Jimmy, Jimmy. The crowd sing Anderson's name. He has three wickets.

It's another shocking shot to a good decent delivery. Darren Bravo tries to drive and edges to first slip.

England are in a hurry and it looks like West Indies might be too.

Jos Buttler has been sent to the naughty corner. He has been replaced in the slips after that drop. He's now got to stand on his own at fine leg.

West Indies haven't scored a run since the second over.

Anderson looks in his best rhythm of the series. He’s running in smoothly and finding plenty of zip off the surface with good carry. Jimmy at his best.

Darren Bravo is really struggling here. It looks like his bat is as thin as a toothpick. He just can't make contact with Anderson's deliveries. One, two, three, four times Jimmy beats the edge.

Aidan Watson‏: I love Buttler, but get Burns in at third slip instead. He is great in the cordon for Surrey!

  20. WI 10-2published at 4 overs

England aren't making a big fuss over that drop. Ben Stokes gave Buttler a big pat on the back afterwards. Bowler Stuart Broad gives him one at the end of the over too.

A lot of catches seem to go down off Broad. He should have had a wicket there.

    A maiden.
