Sarfaraz whirls his wrists on a slower TCurran ball, knocking a single through fine leg, before Imam goes leg side to take six from the over.
Sarfaraz makes a meal of an attempted pull shot, the ball thudding into the underside of the bat and whacking him in the midriff before it trickles back down the pitch.
Tom Curran responds with a quicker delivery but Sarfaraz uses the pace of the ball, leaning back slightly and gliding it through the vacant slip cordon for four. Lovely stuff.
If you are going to try it, then please send video evidence.
Oh, and you only get one go at it.

Francis Edwards: Not sure about you but playing football and kicking a cricket ball at a really small target aren’t anything like the same. Don’t believe me? Go try it!
Imam 45, Sarfaraz 7
This is a little too leggy from Ben Stokes, allowing Sarfaraz Ahmed and Imam-ul-Haq to manoeuvre their way around the field, and a short ball is run away for a leisurely single by Sarfaraz.

I do think it is important England give Ben Stokes some overs. His bowling in the IPL was erratic.
He had a bit of a hamstring problem during the back end of the IPL.
Short, wide - and cut just past Jonny Bairstow for four!
That was bottom-edged from Imam-ul-Haq, through his shot too quickly and aggressively, but the ball snuck through Bairstow's gloves when he really should have stopped it, and down to the third man houndary.
Now then. Time for a bowling change.
Ben Stokes is coming on.

An on-the-move Sarfaraz Ahmed whips Tom Curran through the leg side for two, before the Pakistan captain jabs his bat down on a fuller, 85mph delivery.
Just a tick-over over, if you know what I mean.

Arjun Singh: Nifty footwork, similar to a previous run-out Woakes inflicted to the Aussies in the ODIs after the Ashes! An argument in support for the football warm-ups?
Nice and steady from Liam Plunkett, if a tad back of the length, and Pakistan work the field to take them to the 100 mark.

Danny Bushell: Are we to assume Archer is nailed on the for the World Cup squad now and they are giving other bowlers game time for the last available slot?
Tom Curran swings a delivery past Sarfaraz Ahmed's bat to welcome him to the crease.
Four of the last five ODI games to have taken place at the County Ground in Bristol have seen the toss-winning side go on to record defeat here; including the most recent fixture at the venue – England beat the Windies by 124 runs after being inserted into bat (September 2017). Did Eoin Morgan know this when he won the toss and asked to bowl first?
Sarfaraz is in at five.

That is why they play football on a morning...
It is brilliant from Tom Curran but poor running from Haris Sohail.
Sohail run out (T Curran) 41 (Pak 95-3)
Gone!
Brilliant awareness from Tom Curran to outsprint Haris Sohail and kick the ball at the stumps, but where was the dive from the batsman?! Imam-ul-Haq dropped the ball down at his feet and was called through for a not-too-convincing single, and Curran outpaced Haris to run him out.
This is a terrific bit of football from Tom Curran, who ran to the striker's end and kicked the ball at the stumps as Haris Sohail was trying to make his ground.
This is going to be out, you know...

I think this is very close.
Oh, has Tom Curran run out Haris Sohail?!
We're going upstairs...
