That was pretty well played in the end. A nasty delivery.
Australia haven't got Jack Leach hopping too often in this series but this did not look comfortable. He sticks his bat handle up in front of his face to protect himself from a bouncer.
Make sure your fingers are safe, Jack.
Jofra Archer knows the deal. He tucks the first ball away and is now perched on his bat at the non-striker's end.

Pat Cummins will bowl the final over of the day.
Marnus Labuschagne dismissed Leach with his leggies at Old Trafford remember. So far so good for the England number 10.
Labuschagne is coming on for a bowl not long after this fine catch.

BBC Sport at The Oval
Entire Oval crowd singing "stand up if you love Jack Leach". Any fielder who stops one of his shots gets booed to high heaven. What a summer.

At the start of the summer I'd have said you were absolutely crazy if you said the series would end with The Oval cheering runs to Jack Leach like this. He's a cult hero.

Played it late, under his eyes and a flourish at the end. All against the number one fast bowler in the world.

Jack Leach has just driven Pat Cummins for three through mid-on. Australia must be bemused by Leach. How does he keep doing it?
Joe Root is smiling on the balcony. I'm not the best lip reader but I think that was "what a shot".
How good was this?!

You can bowl short at Archer here but he's going to have the last laugh.
The floodlights are on now and it is a little gloomy. Jofra Archer needs to make sure he doesn't break a finger on his bowling hand or something here.
He'll have some bowling to do tomorrow.
Archer wisely gets off strike.
Pat Cummins is coming back again to give Jofra Archer one last peppering.
Archer 0, Leach 0
You're being a little harsh there, Peter. They're 374 ahead!
Leach blocks his first five balls.

Peter Vernon: Are England throwing it away again?
We had just been saying that the Australia players looked tired. Fair play to them for those two brilliant catches.
Of course Jack Leach just defends it back down the pitch.

Leachy's here!
