This is a lovely shot from Shikhar Dhawan, cutting Adam Zampa fine down to third man for four.
Nathan Coulter-Nile comes back into the attack and a short ball catches Shikhar Dhawan by surprise. He pulls and the ball is top-edged down to fine leg for a streaky boundary. I don't think Dhawan had much idea where that ball was.

A sandpaper of Australians.
Kev, Sefton
Rohit 30, Dhawan 36
Adam Zampa continues as India rotate the strike with four singles before Zampa drops short again allowing Rohit Sharma to pull for two. Rohit slaps the final delivery to the cover boundary for a single.
That sounds about right, Amy.

Charles Dagnall has just stopped me to tell me that this is "very good" by India. It's the sort of analysis you can expect from us throughout the day.
Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma are starting to get going with three fours in quick succession from Nathan Coulter-Nile.
Glenn Maxwell is finding plenty of loop but it is comfortably dealt with by the India batsmen. Three singles complete the over.

You would think if India get anywhere near that 300 mark then it will be tough for Australia to chase down.
Glenn Maxwell continues and a thick outside edge from Rohit Sharma first up disappears down to third man for four. That was a bit quicker from Maxwell but that only helped carry the ball to the boundary.

Aaron Finch is putting a slip in place because he knows Australia need a wicket. He is going on the attack.
Better line from Adam Zampa but it is still a touch short and Shikhar Dhawan can cut away fine for four to bring up the fifty for India. A couple of singles complete the over. India starting to get going now.

That is a bad ball. It is a half-tracker. A gift to Rohit Sharma.
It's spin at the other end as Adam Zampa comes in. But that is rotten first up from Zampa, far too short that Rohit Sharma can pull for four.

A small group of Aussies might be a schooner of Australians.

That was a good start from Maxwell. There are positive signs for the Australians.
Bowling change for Australia, here's Glenn Maxwell for a bit of off-spin.There's a bit of turn there too as India remain watchful.
Encouragement for Australia, just the three singles of it.
