Australia need to play fairly cleverly now. If Pakistan can get another wicket or two they could really restrict them.

Shaun Marsh has been known to bat at snail's pace and Usman Khawaja isn't exactly a blaster. Can Pakistan exert a bit of control and pick up a couple of quick wickets?

Just four singles from Wahab Riaz's sixth over.

It's going to be a really difficult chase for Pakistan, it's not a Taunton belter.

    Pakistan fans

Even when the dismissal was so belated, there was still an explosion of celebration from the Pakistan fans when Warner was dismissed.

Asif Ali, by the way, looked absolutely devastated about his latest dropped catch, but at least four Pakistan players, including captain Sarfaraz, went to him and offered a pat on the back or a word of consolation.

Usman Khawaja is finally in but won't be facing yet as Shaun Marsh takes a leg bye off the last having crossed with David Warner.

David Warner has been outstanding on a difficult pitch. For your opener to get a century is pretty special.

    Warner c Imam b Shaheen 107 (Aus 242-4)

Imam-ul-Haq shows Asif Ali how to catch and David Warner's fine knock comes to an end.

The Australia opener tries to cart Shaheen Afridi down the ground but slices it off an outside edge out towards deep point where Imam safely snaffles it.

Warner looks thoroughly narked at himself striding off but that's a crucial knock to give his side a fine platform.

Not totally fluent but much nearer his best than he has been earlier in the World Cup.

A good return from Wahab, despite the drop. Just four from the over.

At this level you've got to catch them.

  13. Asif's earlier droppublished at 13:09 British Summer Time 12 June 2019

Both drops were off Wahab Riaz, who might be having a very loud word with Asif Ali in the dressing room later.

By modern standards that was a simple catch.

That was a catalogue of errors from Pakistan.

  16. dropped catch

Warner dropped on 104published at 36.1 overs

Asif Ali is a woeful, abysmal, terrible fielder.

David Warner slices it up in the air off a thick outside edge towards third man. Asif gets across, shapes to catch it, gets his hands there and promptly spills it.

    That's two drops today.

And to make matters worse, Australia get an overthrow after he leathers it in. Poor.

Asif Ali was very wide at 'first' slip there. Though he spilled a dolly earlier so not sure we can say with certainty he'd have caught it at a regulation first slip.

Warner cuts and misses before tapping a single.
