Pakistan are playing for the net run-rate possibly because there seems no urgency.

The umpires are converging to have a word about the rain...

Brute force and smacked it straight back past the world's number one bowler.
Graeme Swann's report of Pakistan's batting demise may have been exaggerated.
Imad Wasim has just flat-bat bashed Jasprit Bumrah back down the ground for four.

I fear this game is heading for an early conclusion - either their demise with the bat or the rain.
Hmm. A few umbrellas are going up - although one family puts them up but then takes them down again.
A bit of drizzle around but not heavy enough to suspend play.

Now is the time to hammer Pakistan and make sure the net run-rate is right. Don't lapse, you can easily switch off slightly in these situations but quality teams like India should keep their levels up and that's what Virat is saying to them.

It's a bit of an anti-climax.
Sarfaraz 11, Imad 16
Sub fielder Ravindra Jadeja at point and Virat Kohli at cover both make fine diving stops, underlining how much better India have been in the field than Pakistan.
And another superb stop by Jadeja!
Sarfaraz finally does get a run as he taps down the ground to long on for a single.
Imad Wasim charges the last as Vijay Shankar goes round the wicket and he swivels it to square leg for one.

The firecrackers in India when they have won a game go on all night!
It's nearly 22:30 in Delhi and you'd imagine the firecrackers have already started.
Ranveer Singh's sunglasses remind me a bit of the specs that David Mitchell wears in the Get Me Hennimore! sketch from That Mitchell and Webb Look.
Target 337
Shot! Imad Wasim isn't fazed by facing Jasprit Bumrah pulling a short ball through mid-wicket for four.
Pakistan picked up eight from the over.
Time for a drink.

Sahil Oberoi: The English fans commenting earlier on how India don't bat as aggressively as England do, the simple fact is that we don't need to. Our bowling and fielding is good enough to defend anything on or around 300. England lost to this same average Pakistan side.
The DLS par score is 222.
So Pakistan are just the 76 runs short.
Oh and here comes Jasprit Bumrah.

I felt the World Cup needed a really tight game, with all the expectation around today, but it has just crumbled in the space of a few overs.

This is drifting a bit. Nudges and nurdles and six singles from the over.

I don't think anyone has left yet. It's often a feature of these games that defeat is so humiliating that they leave early but at the moment they are still clinging on and have hope they will see something dramatic.
