Shimron Hetmyer then entertained us a with 26-ball half-century.
Nicholas Pooran's stay at the crease was a brief one but he caused some damage - mainly to the Taunton roof - during his innings.
Bangladesh started well as they removed Chris Gayle for a 13-ball duck before Evin Lewis and Shai Hope shared 116 for the second wicket.
Right, let's have a recap of that innings.

Zeb Bowyer: Can’t help but think that once again the Windies are 30 runs light. It should have been 350+. Better shot selection required from Hetmyer, Russell and Holder especially with a long tail.
Thanks Jack.
We're just currently debating where that innings ranks so far during the World Cup. Conclusion is it was one of the more entertaining ones.

West Indies need to win this game and win it handsomely to give themselves a chance in the competition.
West Indies batsman Shai Hope: "It flattened out a bit more at the end and I was pretty pleased with 321. We've got a bit more pace and height so hopefully we can extract a bit more."
Phil Long
BBC Test Match Special statistician
This is West Indies' fourth highest World Cup score.

Adam: Oshane Thomas is hilarious. Not often you get someone so incompetent with the bat these days...

That is a competitive total. The West Indies will have it in the back of their mind that the Bangladesh batters don't play the short ball very well.

That was a good change of pace from Shaifuddin.
Bravo b Saifuddin 19 (WI 321-8)
What a weird final over - three wides, a six and a wicket to finish.
It's a nice change-up from Mohammad Saifuddin, full and straight and Darren Bravo plays all around it, seeing his stumps rearranged.
West Indies set Bangladesh 322 to win - they'll need to be the first side to chase over 300 in this World Cup.
Saifuddin finally gets that wide yorker right, landing it on the line.
Marginal but goes with the bowler.
Darren Bravo backs away, slashes it square to deep point but turns down the single.

That's why he wanted the strike!
Saifuddin dishes it up back of a length, on the pads and Darren Bravo marmalises it over the leaping Liton Das at deep mid-wicket for six.
Finally Saifuddin goes straight and Thomas guides it into the off side for a single.

Terrible bowling from Shaifuddin. This is not the way you bowl to Oshane Thomas.
