The batsmen crossed. They could have crossed two or three times.

Finally a wicket and what a catch out in the outfield - it was never an easy catch because of the wind. It looked like it might be getting away from him but really good judgement from Tamim.
Hetmyer c Tamim b Mustafizur 50 (WI 242-4)
All good things must come to an end.
Shimron Hetmyer tries to launch a full ball from Mustafizur Rahman into the English channel and sends the ball high and hard enough to burst through any roof you might want to put on a cricket ground.
Tamim Iqbal runs in from mid-wicket, somehow manages to pick the white ball out of the cloudy sky and takes a superb catch.
Hetmyer's entertaining knock has given West Indies plenty of impetus though.

Hetmyer's fifty off 25 balls, with four fours and three sixes.
WI 241-3
Shimron Hetmyer gets a leading edge off the returning Fizz but it falls safe and he can jog a single.
That takes him to a thrilling 50 off just 25 balls.
He's so, so good to watch in full flow. Can he convert?

If Bangladesh do take a wicket who will come in at six? Russell?

Sahil Oberoi: Watching Hetmyer thrash the ball all over Taunton without any head gear, is strangely addictive. More of the same please!
Hope 81, Hetmyer 49
Mehedi Hasan restores some semblance of control with six singles off his eighth over.
Shimron Hetmyer slaps the last down the ground to keep the strike and move to 49.
Fair to say West Indies are upping the pace...
Shimron Hetmyer isn't the only one hitting sixes either...

Run rate 6.15

Fastest World Cup fifty is Brendon McCullum - who has the fastest two. The fastest is 18 balls in 2015 and then 20 balls against Canada, which Angelo Mathews also managed.

It's a wonderful display of power hitting from Hetmyer - too easy for him at the moment.
If you're in the Taunton area and have a set of white cricket balls spare, they might need you to get down to the ground soon.
Hetmyer 44 off 18 balls
Shimron Hetmyer has just hit it into the Quantocks.
Lean back and blast it out of the ground over mid-wicket as easy as you like.
He's only one more hit away from 50 now!
Mosaddek Hossain is on and he gets more of the same treatment.
Width and Shimron Hetmyer slashes it away for four.
Shimron Hetymer is hitting sixes but he'll have to go some to be as destructive as this one from Nicholas Pooran.
Hope 78, Hetmyer 32
West Indies keep stringing the big overs together - 10 from this one.
Shimron Hetmyer has raced to 32 off just 15 balls.
