Now would be the time for four consecutive sixes from Carlos Brathwaite. He'll always be remembered for that World Twenty20 final.

Colin of Big Man has bowled two overs for 10 runs with no wickets.

He's back into the attack after drinks.

The Hetmyer wicket started this all over. He and Gayle got them out of trouble and into a fantastic position. He was deceived by a slower ball, but it was a horrible hack over the line. It's about taking the right risk at the right time.

The 10-over splits really tell the tale of this West Indies innings. First 10 overs, they were 59-2. Next 10, they were 71-0. But between overs 21 and 30, they were 38-5.

The bad news for West Indies is Trent Boult still has two overs left.

This is how West Indies will play it. See off the most dangerous bowlers and try to smack as many as possible off the others.

West Indies score 15 off the over after stalling for a long time.

    Time for drinks.

They're trying to out-do each other! Amazing hitting. Kemar Roach has chewed up a few balls here, but this time he backs himself to clear the ropes, even with a fielder out there.

And now Kemar Roach joins the party!

Width on offer and Roach leans back to carve it high over wide long-off for six more.

Oh my! What a shot from Carlos Brathwaite!

Length from Mitchell Santner and Brathwaite clears the media centre with an almighty 96m blow down the ground.

This is a hard situation for tail-enders - do you try and bat the overs and take it deep? I know Brathwaite came in at six today, but as a tail-ender, you're not really expecting to be in before the 30th over.

That was Boult's eighth over, do you try and see him off, then score off Jimmy Neesham when he comes on?

  12. WI 170-7published at 31 overs

    Brathwaite 17, Roach 3

Carlos Brathwaite is, probably wisely, not really looking to attack Trent Boult.

He just taps a single off the last to keep the strike.

Brathwaite and Kemar Roach are West Indies' third and fourth highest scorers in this innings.

West Indies are way ahead in terms of runs at this stage, but the cluster of wickets has taken the game away from them.

Just had a realisation about Chris Gayle. He doesn't run anywhere, and instead just drives the ball roughly 300 yards each shot. He's not playing cricket, he's playing golf.

There would have been plenty of excuses if Neesham had dropped the catch - he could have pointed at the sun or the two floodlights on that side. But it was a good catch.

We saw at the last World Cup how Boult is a brilliant bowler.
