The end of West Indies' chances...

Barney: Ashley Nurse is one of the worst international cricketers of all time; wouldn’t look out of place on the village green on a Sunday.
West Indies have lost five wickets for 22 runs in 29 balls.

It's unfortunate for West Indies - Lewis is hobbling off and looks in a lot of pain. He couldn't move freely or play the way he liked, he just had to try to hit boundaries. It's looking pretty dismal for West Indies now, having been so good when Gayle and Hetmyer were at the crease.
Lewis c Neesham b Boult 0 (WI 164-7)
The way Evin Lewis is hobbling off, he would've been very hampered had he needed to run.
He clearly just had to try and trade in boundaries and tries to whip Trent Boult out over square leg.
It's a decent connection but flies straight to Jimmy Neesham in the deep.
A tough watch as Lewis struggles to make it up the steps. Fair play for coming out to bat.
West Indies' usual opener Evin Lewis, who limped off the field with a hamstring injury in the first over of the match, is now in.
How hampered will he be?

Another good example of how to use the short ball - Nurse is cramped for room and can only get a glove on it. And a very good catch by Tom Latham.
West Indies were in such a good position, ahead of the rate, but that Hetmyer wicket started the rot, and it seems every bowling change Kane Williamson makes takes a wicket.

Another wonderful bowling change.
Nurse c Latham b Boult (WI 163-6)
This could be over in a hurry.
Trent Boult returns and starts his sixth over with a superb well-directed short ball.
It cramps Ashley Nurse for room on the pull shot and the ball flicks the glove on the way through to Tom Latham.
Tremendous, canny cricket from New Zealand in the last half an hour or so.
Thump?!
THUMP?!

This was brilliant.
Unfortunately he later tried to play the same shot to a slower ball and lost his off stump.
Brathwaite 13, Nurse 1
Kane Williamson does elect to wheel through some overs with slow left-armer Mitchell Santner.
And Ashley Nurse can't do anything with him, playing out a maiden.
Shimron Hetmyer currently has his feet up on the balcony, no socks or shoes on, swaddled in a big blue hoody.
Big mood.
Fun while it lasted.
Target 292
Two tight singles to end the over.
Ashley Nurse and Carlos Brathwaite aren't exactly the most mobile fellas between the sticks.

Knowing Kane Williamson, I think he might go for the jugular and turn to Trent Boult to try to get this game over. Or he could turn to the spinner Mitchell Santner to get through a couple of quick overs.
Lockie Ferguson goes round the wicket and serves up a wide half volley that Carlos Brathwaite square drives away for four with aplomb.
How will Carlos Brathwaite play this? Well he'll smack Lockie Ferguson through the covers for four, that's how.
Ashley Nurse is the new man in by the way. Still no Evin Lewis.

A splendid innings by Chris Gayle, but they've lost three wickets in the space of two overs. He just went too high, it was a clever slower ball from De Grandhomme. We were watching behind Trent Boult, he set himself early and it was a good catch.
