Thanks Jack.
We will start with the thoughts of Imran Tahir, who has had an eventful afternoon so far to say the least...

Leg-spinner becomes SA's leading wicket-taker in World Cup cricket (39)

Thanks Jack.

I'm off for lunch. It might have to involve cheese after all that chat earlier.
Tom Mallows is on hand to take over...
Pak 308-7
Sure enough, that's not out and it gives Pakistan one more to the total.
Fast forward to South Africa losing by one run?
Pakistan finish on 308-7 from their 50 overs, thanks to Haris Sohail's sparkling 89, Babar Azam's accomplished 69 and 44 each from openers Imam-ul-Haq and Fakhar Zaman.
South Africa need a challenging 309 to win just their second match of the tournament.
Oh Lungi mate. He's made a hash of it and broken the stumps with his hands after dropping the ball.
The batsmen didn't cross so Shadab Khan will have one ball to face.
He drives to the man on the edge of the ring and sprints off.
The throw comes in to Lungi Ngidi, who breaks the stumps.
It's sent upstairs as the players walk off the ground.
Haris c De Kock b Ngidi 89 (Pak 307-7)
Pakistan are making a bit of a hash of this final over against some fine bowling by Lungi Ngidi.
An off-cutter induces a miscue from Haris Sohail as the tries to whack it over long on and the ball loops high in the air for keeper Quinton de Kock to take a simple catch.
A superb innings from Haris though, smacking 89 off just 59 balls to take Pakistan past 300.
A slower ball that Sarfaraz can only flog away along the ground for one more.
Ngidi gets it up full and Haris carves out to the man in the deep. That's just a single. Well bowled.
And Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed taps the hat-trick ball away for a single.
Hat-trick ball for Ngidi...

Wahab tried to hit that to Regent's Park. Wait, Regent's Park is not that way. Edgware Road!
Wahab b Ngidi 4 (Pak 304-6)
You miss. I hit.
Wahab Riaz tries to leather it out of the ground but is duped by the slower ball.
He's through the shot far too early and the ball runs into off stump.
That's two in two for Ngidi, having dismissed Imad with the last ball of his previous over.
Last over. Lungi Ngidi to bowl.
Wahab Riaz on strike. Haris Sohail on 88 - can he get a century?

Rabada finishes on a sad note. He hasn't had much of a tournament. I don't think he will look back on it with any particular affection.

Ahsan Khan: Where has this Pakistan been? They needed more of this earlier on in the competition.
Haris 88, Wahab 4
That is not canny bowling.
Full on the legs and Haris Sohail wristily chips up over mid-wicket for four. Lovely shot.
Haris Sohail backs away a long way and Kagiso Rabada follows him with a vicious bumper that sees Haris hit the deck.
Pakistan's fans want a wide but that was canny bowling.
Run rate 6.16
Wahab Riaz mows it away off a thick outside edge down to third man for a single to take Pakistan to 300. A big cheer.

Wahab Riaz has never batted as high as seven before.
Huh. Pakistan are sending out Wahab Riaz above captain Sarfaraz Ahmed.
Wahab did give it a fair old whack against Australia in fairness - 45 off 39 balls.
