You can take a look at Callum's match report while all that sinks in. England and West Indies will now reassemble for the Twenty20 series, which begins in Northampton on Tuesday.

Before then, there's plenty of Men's World Cup action to keep you going - but you'll forgive me if I leave you with Fran Wilson's catch. A moment to savour. Bye for now.

With Bryony Smith taking her first ODI wicket, Kate Cross bowling well again and England holding their catches, West Indies stumbled to another heavy defeat.

  9. Captain's viewpublished at 21:39 British Summer Time 13 June 2019

England captain Heather Knight: "I think that was probably our best performance. We've been clinical and ruthless, different people have stepped up, and we just want to keep it going. Bryony Smith bowled brilliantly and I was really pleased with the all-round squad performance. There might be a couple of changes for the T20s, but generally we'll stay consistent.

On her unbeaten 40 from 19 balls: "I quite enjoyed it! It's a role I tend to play in T20, thankfully it came off today.

On Fran Wilson's catch: "That's ridiculous. It has to go up as one of the best catches I've ever seen live. I can't wait to see the highlights."

West Indies vice-captain Hayley Matthews: "We have had a pretty disappointing series. What is important for us is looking at where we've improved from the first game til today. I think if you really look at our bowling it has really improved throughout the series.

"The weather hasn't helped. It's never good playing cricket when there's rain around and DLS coming into effect but we can't use that as an excuse.

"The England girls bowled pretty well. They bowled a tight line and length and we struggled a bit to manipulate their bowling."

Player of the series Amy Jones: "I've done some good work with the batting coach Ali Maiden and I feel in good form. I love opening the batting and feel comfortable there. I've been pretty good against spin, we've worked on footwork and getting right to the ball, and I'm happy it's paid off for all of us. I love batting with Tammy, I think we compliment each other and hit the ball to different areas."

I've been impressed by England's depth in this series. They've got a lot of options with the bat, and then plenty of options with the ball. Kate Cross has shown she can take the new ball, Sophie Ecclestone is bowling beautifully.

For the West Indies, it's showing their lack of depth. Not having Deandra Dottin has made a massive difference.
