  1. WI 82-3published at 10 overs

    King 40 (29 balls), Nation 20 (8)

Just when West Indies look like they're falling behind, they pick themselves up off the canvas - with Nation slashing Cross for four over point, and blasting another through mid-wicket.

We're at the halfway point - West Indies need 99 from 60 balls.

  2. 6 runs

    WI 74-3published at 9.3 overs

King takes a fresh guard, but has trouble working right-arm seamer Cross away. With the required rate over 10 per over, boundaries are needed - and Chedean Nation goes route one, lofting a big six over wide long-on.

England have been clinical when they have needed to be in this series.

  4. WI 67-3published at 9 overs

    Target 181

Stacy-Ann King, strong through the leg side today, is completely foxed by Sciver's line and length, so changes course and reverse-sweeps a single to deep cover.

114 needed from 66 balls. Some regicide needed by England... remove the King, and the crown shall be theirs.

  5. WI 64-3published at 8.3 overs

With Taylor up to the stumps, Nation edges Sciver for four past the keeper for what would have been a regulation catch to a keeper standing back. Nation heaves a single to leg - West Indies need 117 from 69 balls at this point, and need to get the boundaries flowing again.

  6. WI 59-3published at 8 overs

    Target 181

Chedean Nation in at five for West Indies. She's off the mark with a single, and Sarah Taylor gets a few high-fives between overs.

  7. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 7.5 overs

    Taylor run out (Brunt/Taylor) 19 (WI 58-3)

Gone! It's great work behind the timbers by Sarah Taylor as Brunt's throw was sharp, but not over the stumps, and the England keeper had to balance on one leg to collect the throw and whip the bails off. Which the third umpire adjudges, she did before Stafanie Taylor completed her second run.

  8. Umpire reviewpublished at 7.5 overs

The required rate is spiralling towards double figures - and the singles are getting tighter. A throw from mid-wicket just misses, West Indies run an overthrow, there's a great throw in from Katherine Brunt and they go upstairs...

  9. WI 57-2published at 7.2 overs

Acting captain Shrubsole continues to rotate her bowling options - seamer Kate Cross, who's been marvellous since her return to the limited-overs reckoning in 2019, is the sixth bowler used.

Taylor, the powerful right-handed Jamaican, clubs her second ball for four between mid-on and mid-wicket.

  10. WI 53-2published at 7 overs

    King 36 (23 balls), Taylor 14 (13)

West Indies didn't use their fifth bowler until the 10th over - England have done so in the seventh, with medium-pacer Natalie Sciver into the attack. A couple of dot balls ramp up the pressure a little, before King risks a single to the dangerous arm of Fran Wilson at cover.

England are really throwing themselves around in the field, in contrast to West Indies' somewhat languid approach - Danni Wyatt's sharp stop at backward point earns a round of applause, and a great over from Sciver yields just two singles.

  11. WI 51-2published at 6 overs

    Target 181

England will be relieved that they can put some scouts back on the boundary after West Indies' powerplay concludes.

This partnership is beginning to look a bit dangerous.

  13. WI 51-2published at 5.4 overs

    Target 181

Smith, tidy left-arm spin, is whacked over mid-wicket for four by the Windies skipper Taylor - who then savagely square-cuts another four to take her side past 50.

West Indies have come out in the only way they could facing such an imposing total.

If King can carry on the way she is then who knows what could happen.

  15. WATCH: West Indies lose Matthews in first overpublished at 21:07 British Summer Time 21 June 2019

Linsey Smith is coming back on to bowl the sixth over - while she bowls it, watch her wicket from the first over:

  16. WI 42-2published at 5 overs

    King 34 (18 balls), Taylor 5 (6)

A more successful sweep brings King four - Amy Jones running round can't cut it off at long leg. Both of the permitted boundary fielders are on the leg side for the big-hitting left-hander.

The field shuffles for the right-handed Taylor, but King is doing a brilliant job for her team in terms of hustling between the wickets and turning ones into twos.

West Indies need 139 from 90 balls. Who's your Eastern Caribbean Dollar on?

    Wantage RoadImage source, Reuters

The Wantage Road DJ has gone a bit 1980s - it's "It's got to be-e-e-e-e-e, perfect" from Fairground Attraction between overs, as England turn to their fourth different bowler in the space of five overs - left-arm spinner Sophie Ecclestone.

Unlike some spinners, Ecclestone relishes bowling in the powerplays - and has an lbw appeal turned down when King sweeps and misses.

  18. WI 34-2published at 4 overs

    Target 181

So, Stafanie edges out Sarah in the duel of the Taylors (we nearly had Taylor run out by Taylor there) - and we have the chance to pause for breath.

Stacy-Ann King is motoring along nicely, but that's a tighter over from Shrubsole, just three singles from it.

  19. Not outpublished at 3.1 overs

    WI 32-2

The crucial question might be here - had she grounded her bat, over the line, before dropping it?

    There's a long wait - and she's not out.

It was not the best of techniques from Stafanie Taylor.
