He did look laboured when he bowled earlier. He is often the man that England turn to though.

Just some general news about Ben Stokes' fitness, he's bowled eight overs from 108 overs so far but the England media manager has confirmed he is fit to bowl.
I wouldn't bet on it, Oli. England have a 7-2 offside field with Broad bowling wide cutters, hoping De Grandhomme smacks one straight to a fielder.
England are still ahead of course and still have a decent chance of winning this game but today has been really deflating.

Oli: Can England just get a wicket so I can go to bed?
Watling 75, De Grandhomme 64
This is where Sam Curran seems to struggle in Tests - overseas, when the pitch is very flat and the ball is not swinging. Watling just lets the ball go by.

Not just today, but yesterday too. From the position they were in they should have got in excess of 400.

England have made mistakes too with a couple of dropped catches. They would have excepted so much more on day three, they'd have expected a lead of at least 50 I think.
Three days into England's winter tour and we've already had a mention of wheels falling off. A new record?

We've seen days like this from England before. The wheels haven't fallen off yet but you feel there's a sense that they could.
Watling 73, De Grandhomme 64
Broad looks miserable, muttering away about something to one of his team-mates. The England fans still try and lift him with a cry of "He's big. He's bad. He's better than his Dad.." but it has no effect.

That could so easily have been the wicket England were looking for. It was a loose shot from Colin de Grandhomme.
A rare, rare mistake from the batsman. Colin de Grandhomme swishes, and misses, a wide one. Unfortunately for England and Broad there's no edge.
Broad is in cutter-mode.
Not sure England were expecting calls for Joe Denly today.

Masala Sabe Bien: Time to bring on Joe Denly...
They've reached lunch in Brisbane and Australia are 395-3 against Pakistan, a lead of 155.
Marnus Labuschagne has reached his first Test century while Steve Smith failed for once.

I didn't understand why Jofra Archer didn't take the new ball. He's the one that may disturb the New Zealand bowlers. He's still the guy to turn to with the new ball.

Coming out from lunch, England have got this wrong. They haven't tried to seize the game.
Watling 72, De Grandhomme 63
England have a funky field in place with two gullies and two men on the drive on the off side. It suggests they are hoping for an error from the batsmen rather than bowling a good ball.

He moved late, the speed of the stroke deceived him a bit I think and it burst through the right hand.

Rory Burns got a good hand to it but it's a difficult chance.
