Daryl Mitchell's sliders are always very canny in T20
The over is just ran around for five singles.
Comfortable enough for Notts but a little squeeze being applied.

Outside the powerplay now, boundary protection goes back and Moeen returns.
Ben Duckett tries his scoop shot but only finds a single to short-fine leg.
Alex Hales, missing with a drive, then keeps his back foot safely grounded to survive a stumping review.

The bat just turned in Nash's hand as he tried the sweep and its an easy enough catch for Mitchell at square leg.
Moeen Ali is just getting the team in for in a little pep talk.
When you post a low total and the other team starts well you can see few heads drop and body language goes a bit. He'll be telling them we need to put in a big shift here if we're going to win the game.
Chris Nash drove a cheap boundary that should have been saved by Moeen Ali at mid-off but his wicket has given Worcestershire something to build on.
Ben Duckett was the star in the semi-final for Northants back in 2016 here.
Notts 51-1 v Worcs 149-7
Worcestershire badly needed this.
Chris Nash goes to sweep and steers it straight into the hands of square leg. Easy catch for Daryl Mitchell.
Notts need 104 more runs to beat Worcs
It's been a fine start to Nottinghamshire's reply. Here's how Chris Nash struck the first maximum of their innings.
No drama so far for Notts. Very much in control. Wickets in hand always key to any chase.
Better over for them with Charlie Morris offering just enough width for Alex Hales to free his arms and drive through extra-cover.
He then latches onto a slightly short delivery to power four more past cover.

Duke & Kookaburra: The Outlaws have set off like a train chasing 148 and already making that score look what it is. Inadequate.
Pat Brown excelled here last year and this is a nice quiet start and another tight over for Worcestershire.
Moeen Ali with a smart save at mid-off keeps the over to only four runs.

There were three fours from Nash in that over. Worcestershire only had four in their entire innings.
That's the fewest fours in a T20 Finals Day ever, but they did hit the joint most sixes with eight.
Eight from the over - not a bad comeback from Charlie Morris having gone for the maximum.
Solid start for Notts.
No-one does this better than Alex Hales.
Big stride down the wicket, beautiful high elbow and he drives Charlie Morris over long-off.
Three consecutive fours and then the maximum from Chris Nash.
An over to kick-start the chase.
Nash 20, Hales 1
Short and Chris Nash sees it coming to pull away over midwicket.
First maximum of the chase.
Notts 3-0 chasing 148 to win

They might have won last year’s semi batting first but this score is more than 20 runs less and seriously does not look like enough, especially once Alex Hales gets going.
Worcestershire old boy Joe Clarke is also another big threat, having returned to form this week - and he has already done some damage by running out his old Shropshire, Worcester, England Under-19s and England Lions team-mate Ed Barnard.
But, if Warwickshire’s near neighbours are to make an early return home this year, they do at least have one collector’s item to take with them.
For all the sixes smashed by Moeen Ali and Ross Whiteley, it was the one by Daryl Mitchell in the last over that will stay longest in the memory. One of crickets’s foremost nudgers and nurdlers, you do not see too many of them from Mitch!
Some turn for Moeen and Alex Hales almost cue-ends a catch back to the bowler.
Then a huge lbw appeal against Chris Nash - spinning down leg.
Very tidy opening over.
Afternoon all.
This doesn't seem too many for Notts to see off and Worcestershire will need to strike in the Powerplay to have a chance.
Anything like the destruction we know Alex Hales can provide will kill this game very quickly.
Moeen Ali to get us back under way...
Worcs 147-9 v Notts
So, a quick turnaround here at Edgbaston and the Outlaws openers Alex Hales and Chris Nash are ready to go.
They are chasing 148 for a place in today's final.

But after reaching 76-2, Worcestershire then collapsed to 97-7 before Ross Whiteley's big hitting helped them to a potentially defendable total.
Worcs 147-9 v Notts
Notts could have hardly dreamed for a better start than removing New Zealand international Hamish Rutherford in the second over.
And they also claimed the wicket of England all-rounder Moeen Ali in the powerplay too - albeit after he had smashed three sixes.
