    262-9 looks inadequate on a good pitch, but there are a couple of things to cling on to.

    Ollie Pope is still there on 56 not out. His stand with last man James Anderson is worth 28 and counting.

    Also, England aren't totally out of this Test. They have a score. South Africa have to bat last. I reckon it might be close.
