I'd rather teams be bowled out for 60 or 70 trying to chase a total, rather than just block it out and be 70-2 after 20 overs.
Sutthiruang c Winfield b Sciver 1 (Tha 52-4)
Two in the over for Nat Sciver!
Chanida Sutthiruang isn't bothered about her average and just tries to clear the fence.
But she miscues it straight up and Lauren Winfield duly snaffles it, retreating from mid-on.
New batter Chanida Sutthiruang slices it off an inside edge to fine leg for a single to get off the mark.

I'm not sure about this "don't celebrate a wicket". England might be on top and it's going to be a convincing win, but it's a wicket! Be happy you've taken a wicket. Just don't celebrate in her face.
Koncharoenkai b Sciver 12 (Tha 50-3)
Nannapat Koncharoenkai misjudges the bounce of the ball, tries to swipe it into the leg side but it keeps low and hits off-stump.
The zing bails light up and Nat Sciver has a wicket to go with her unbeaten 59.
Target 177
Sophie Ecclestone misses out on a wicket maiden as she strays down the leg side and Naruemol Chaiwai sweeps it round the corner to get off the mark with a couple.

It always makes me laugh when you ask "shall I review it?" and your mate says "no, you're plumb". These two may not have batted for as long as this in an international, some of the England girls are their heroes, but they've got off to a decent start.
Chantham lbw Ecclestone 32 (Tha 48-2)
Trapped plumb in front!
Nattakan Chantam rocks back but misses as Sophie Ecclestone's delivery skids on a touch and the Thailand opener is hit on the pads in line with off-stump.
An easy decision for the umpire and again Thailand wisely opt not to bother reviewing it.
A proming knock by Chantam, some fine shots in there.

It would be nice to see Danni Wyatt get that consistency back - if she's bowling at her best, she could be a brilliant spin option.
Target 177
Not sure that experiment was overly worth it.
Danni Wyatt concedes nine off the over.

Too full, too wide from Wyatt. But a lovely shot.
Nannapat Koncharoenkai punches a ropey wide ball through the covers for four.
Danni Wyatt, who hasn't bowled in almost a year, is into the attack.

Sophie Ecclestone's got a few nicknames.
Any you can broadcast?
Wendy, because she used to have a Wendy house., external
Tough to call this a drop but Katherine Brunt did get her hands to it.
Nattakan Chantam swishes a sweep shot out towards Brunt at mid-wicket and the seamer dives forward but can't hold on.
Would've been a cracking catch.

If Thailand could learn to hit boundaries, their run rate would be up at six without any trouble, and they could easily get up to 120 in these games.
At the halfway stage of their chase, Thailand need 140 runs from 60 balls.
Extremely unlikely.
England will hope to restrict Thailand to as low a total as possible to boost their net run rate.
Target 177
Heather Knight flights it up, Nattakan Chantam misses on the sweep and Amy Jones whips off the bails but Chantam hadn't left her ground.
Chantam pushes down the ground for one before Nannapat Koncharoenkai sweeps round the corner for one more.
Target 177
Thailand need a whole heap more of these boundaries...
...but Sarah Glenn keeps it tight again and they can only pick up three off the over.
