West Indies have some big hitters in Stafanie Taylor, Hayley Matthews and Deandra Dottin.

They have struggled to keep the scoreboard ticking over with singles in their first two games though and that will be crucial on a slow pitch.

    Cheers Mitch.

England certainly have the bowling talent to defend this total.

Spinners Sophie Ecclestone, Sarah Glenn and Mady Villiers should enjoy bowling on this pitch.

And then there is all the experience and cunning of Anya Shrubsole and Katherine Brunt.

With a semi-final place in the offing, time for me to hand over to Jack Skelton to talk you through the West Indies innings.

Who knows if the West Indies batters will come off, but that's a superb effort by England, led by Nat Sciver.

Here are some of the best bits of Sciver's 57 from 56 balls:

The body language of West Indies has gone from very positive to bleurgh in four minutes.

  6. Eng 143-5published at 20 overs

    Jones 23 (13 balls), Brunt 10 (4)

What a finish! Katherine Brunt swipes a four through the covers - and can take a bow after scoring 10 not out from four balls.

If England can keep the Windies to 142 or fewer, they will be in the semi-finals.

Selman looked at the fielder and threw her arms in the air. A filthy look.

Shakera Selman to bowl, Jones knocks it to mid-wicket, they come back for a second and Britney Cooper's throw to the keeper provokes the third umpire into action...

As Katherine Brunt walks to the crease, this is how Fran Wilson fell pretty tamely:

You don't mind that from Sciver. She's done her job and is just looking to be aggressive.

Amy Jones is playing with much more freedom down the order. She looks like an entirely different player.

Poor bowling by Taylor, given the field she has. She is handing the boundaries to England.

  19. Eng 129-4published at 18.3 overs

Amy Jones is tucking into Taylor nicely here - even as she falls away slightly to the leg side, she cuts Taylor for another boundary.

Jones lifts Taylor for two to mid-wicket - then has three fielders racing away with a four over cover point.
