It's frustrating and disappointing that the match hasn't been closer and more exciting, but the home fans won't mind that.

Target 185
Now, here's a novelty - we have a concussion substitute in place, which I'm not sure we've had in a World Cup before. With Taniya Bhatia having retired hurt earlier on after being hit in the helmet grille, she has been replaced by 16-year-old Richa Ghosh, for only her third international appearance.
India need 127 from 48 balls.

That's a great catch. Jess Jonassen has been great for Australia in this World Cup.
Krishnamurthy c Jonassen b Kimmince 19 (Ind 58-5)
A slightly tortuous innings from Veda Krishnamurthy (19 from 24 balls) comes to an end as she's caught at mid-off.

Australia captain Meg Lanning is close to her moment of destiny now.
We had 81,000 through the gates here by the time the first innings ended.
Target 185
Nicola Carey returns, India are doing their best to hustle for every run, but this game is still only going one way - and some of the India players in the dugout can't even watch.
The win predictor has India with a rather generous 8% win probability. They need 129 from 54 balls to make it a certainty. The tallest of tall orders.

The winner of this tournament takes home US$1m (£766,000), with the runners-up getting half of that.
Target 185
A Mexican wave sweeps around the MCG - now, at a Test match they're normally a sign of a post-tea lull, but the predominantly Aussie crowd are loving this as their side remorselessly edge their way, ball by ball, towards the title.
Sophie Molineux's third over of left-arm spin yields five singles - having scored 51 from the first 60 balls of the innings, India need 134 from the last 60.
Ecstasy and agony for India captain Harmanpreet Kaur, in the space of two deliveries.

The teams aren't on an even playing field in this World Cup. India are well supported [financially], but not as well as Australia are. The Australia team are the benchmark for everyone: they are on an equal footing to the men.
Target 185
Better from Kimmince - India need 139 from 66 balls, and it almost seems harsh to post the target at the top of each of these entries...
Target 185
Cap'n Lanning shuffles her bowlers, not giving India time to settle - though Krishnamurthy finds the boundary for the first time, slicing Kimmince for a four past short third man.
Target 185
Deepti Sharma adjusts her gloves, Carey goes round the wicket to the left-hander, who taps a single. But ones and twos aren't enough when you need more than two runs per ball.
The party is already starting for some of the Aussie fans in the stands (if it hadn't started when Katy Perry was on - she'll be back for an encore after the game finishes).
India need 146 from 72 balls - time for the MCG DJ to give the fans a burst of "Dancing Queen". Fair play to India's "Bharat Army" - they're dancing too.

It just feels academic now. India just can't score at the required rate.
Target 185
Medium-pacer Nicola Carey on as Australia's fifth bowler, Krishnamurthy helps herself to a two and a single.
But with the amount of dot balls they've taken, they need boundaries...

Target 185
Australia can now put the field back and give their bowlers protection as the required rate approaches 11.
Sophie Molineux back into the attack, Deepti Sharma pushes a single, but Krishnamurthy takes up another four dot balls before getting off the mark.
Fair to say, India are in a hole here.
Here's Smriti Mandana's wicket...

Ex-Australia leg-spinner on BBC Test Match Special
It's always a challenge when you go through a tourament undefeated because you haven't had chance to build some resilience. Australia gained that by losing to India in the first game.
