Ben Stokes is a ridiculous player, isn't he?

    That last shot was outrageous.

Wow. That really was something to behold from Stokes.

"That's the best shot I've ever seen," says Matt Henry from across the room as Ben Stokes sends a glorious lofted drive over long-on and all the way for six.

A bowling change, with Alzarri Joseph replacing the perenially unlucky Kemar Roach.

The field change shows Jason Holder is now thinking about defensive tactics rather than attacking.

  6. Eng 283-3published at 114 overs

I honestly don't remember a time where Dom Sibley wasn't batting.

  7. Eng 283-3published at 113.3 overs

    A four! From Dom Sibley!

Great shot as well, Sibley getting down low and hoicking Roston Chase over the head of short leg and away into the boundary rope. Lovely stuff.

You'd like to think England won't make the same mistake as they did at Southampton where they lost 5-30 in the second innings.

The foundation has been set for a big score.

The game hasn't run away from West Indies but it could do now.

This partnership, incidentally, has lasted for 499 balls.

Yep - missing the stumps, the ball bouncing over as it trails a little down the leg side.

West Indies have one review left.

    We're going upstairs again!

Jason Holder makes the T-sign with half a second remaining as Kemar Roach once again strikes Dom Sibley on the pad...

It is a good scoreboard, Ben, but not quite as good as this one...

Rob Wildey: Sibley and Stokes compliment each other beautifully. Wonderful partnership. England are in such a healthy position now.

Ben Wire: Tidy-looking scoreboard, that. Might frame it and put it on the wall.

  18. Eng 276-3published at 112 overs

Jason Holder is wearing Roston Chase's cap on top of his own while Chase bowls and I absolutely love it.

A fielder slides in the deep to stop Dom Sibley picking up a four and almost goes feet first into the boundary rope. He's just about managed to stop himself in time, and Sibley will have to settle for three.

This is Ben Stokes' slowest century by a long, long way.

His previous slowest was 199 balls at Headingley last year against Australia in that famous innings after that very slow start.

It is his fourth hundred in 12 Tests. In that time he is averaging 57 and has scored over 1,000 runs.
