Quite high, this...
There goes the West Indies last review!
Jason Holder wants a look at an lbw shout against Ben Stokes.

Stokes looks like he means business here.
Shot!
A whirl of the wrists and Ben Stokes dispatches Jason Holder through the leg side for four. Lovely.
Andy Zaltzman
Test Match Special statistician
This is now England's longest partnership in terms of balls faced since Stuart Broad and Jonathan Trott batted for 574 balls for the eighth wicket in the infamous Lord's Test against Pakistan in 2010.
In terms of runs it is the largest partnership since Alastair Cook's last Test when he and Joe Root put on 259 for the third wicket.
Dom Sibley aims a gallumphing sweep at Roston Chase, misses, and almost swings himself off his feet.
Sibley is trying to accelerate here but, er, the sweep shot might not be his forte. He misses three of them in a row before eventually middling the final ball of the over to the man at point.
Carlos Brathwaite
West Indies all-rounder on BBC Test Match Special
The West Indies bowlers were very good in Southampton. However, on a track better for batting, we haven't seen a Plan B or a Plan C here. Someone needs to do the equivalent of what Dom Sibley has done.
It looks as though Alzarri Joseph has twinged something and I am not sure Shannon Gabriel is 100% fit.
Stokes 123, Sibley 117
Good running from Ben Stokes, pushing Dom Sibley through for two runs as he carves Jason Holder through point.
Jason Holder, 25 overs and the weight of the world already on his shoulders, is bringing himself on.

Spin for Roston Chase as he beats Dom Sibley's attempted shovel down the leg side, before Sibley wanders forward and prods the final ball of the over away.
Oh, stop it.
What a shot that is from Ben Stokes, another sumptuous reverse sweep absolutely pinging its way down to the boundary rope.
The best thing I can say about this Kraigg Brathwaite over is it's over quickly.

Former England captain on BBC Test Match Special
In the last 20 minutes the West Indies heads have just started to drop.
It is danger time for them.
Joseph is limping, or at least walking very heavily, as he gets to the dressing room.
Kraigg Brathwaite will finish off the over.
So, Alzarri Joseph bowled one ball, called Jason Holder over, they had a quick conflab and now Joseph is making his way up the dressing room stairs.
It's really not West Indies day, is it?
Alzarri Joseph bowls one ball and now he's walking off the field...
A clubbing one-handed swipe from Ben Stokes starts this latest Roston Chase over. I think Stokes might be starting to up the tempo here, a few full-blooded swipes being sent around the ground, but he'll have to settle for a smattering of singles.

What a brilliant shot.
He has just lent on an on-drive and it has gone for six.
You know when you have hit a good shot and that little smirk from Stokes to Sibley says he knows.
