    Boooooooo!

Dom Sibley's long vigil is over. He's been trying to pick up the pace, recognising the situation England are in, and he's just not quite got underneath this delivery from Roston Chase. A mis-timed hoick, a tumbling catch from Kemar Roach, and Sibley has to go. A superb innings and a brilliant partnership comes to an end.

    Oh, yes!

The 250 partnership comes up with a gorgeous angled drive from Ben Stokes that just flies away for four.

Edged - and it's just over the head of the slip fielder!

Ben Stokes throws not just the kitchen sink but his entire house at Shannon Gabriel's first ball and gets enough bat on it to help it over Jermaine Blackwood's head and away for four.

West Indies need to do something different. For some reason they are against the short-ball plan.

  10. Eng 326-3published at 124 overs

Dom Sibley is trying so hard to keep rotating the strike and give it to Ben Stokes but it just looks so awkward for him.

It's selfless batting - he's doing it for the team and he knows what Stokes can do when he's in this sort of mood - but it's not the easiest thing in the world.

Jason Holder starts his over with a no ball, and then watches a full toss get thoroughly bunted past him by Ben Stokes for four.

And that'll be four more! This time Stokes goes down the ground, freeing his arms and sending a golf swing of a shot to the ropes.

A chipped drive from Ben Stokes adds three to the total - someone optimistically shouts "catch!" as the ball flies well beyond the man at cover -

I for one wasn't convinced by England’s rest and rotation of their fast bowlers. It was easy to remember plenty of occasions, especially on tour, when they have played back-to-back Tests after a long period of inactivity.

However, after seeing how weary the West Indies bowlers are, and the injuries they have sustained, you have to think that England got it right.

Well, Jason Holder won't lose his last review. Which I'm sure will be a great comfort to him.
