And here is the reason Joshua da Silva is keeping with Shane Dowrich off the field.
We're trying to work out if Joshua da Silva has to keep in a floppy hat rather than a maroon cap because he's only a substitute and this isn't a full Test debut.
Lead by 201
Smart stuff, Rory Burns. A deft guide through the gap between second slip and gully for four.
England's lead is up over 200.
Jason Holder, carrying that injury to his left thumb, is bringing himself on for his first bowl of the innings.

Just to be clear, at the moment, Joshua Da Silva is a substitute, not a concussion replacement so he can't bat.

Most memorable England innings for me has to be Mark Butcher's undefeated 173 in the 2001 Ashes. Beating his personal demons and dealing with a divorce etc.. and harsh treatment by the selectors, he let his skill do his talking, what a man and what an innings.
Kenn Smith, Newcastle
Rory Burns inside edges one to mid-wicket and picks up a single.

Shannon Gabriel is steaming in. He's having a final blow out.
Shannon Gabriel bowls yet another massive no ball.
Some you suggested bringing back eight-ball overs as a cricket law you'd like to change earlier.
Gabriel is (sort of) obliging.
Shannon Gabriel greets Joshua Da Silva with a short ball that swings a bit after passing the ducking Dom Sibley.
And Da Silva gathers it clearnly before beaming a big grin.
He's also keeping in a white floppy hat. Lot of time for that.

Joshua Da Silva is keeping now so we've got our third keeper since lunch! I don't think I've ever seen that before.
Right, this is interesting.
Joshua Da Silva is allowed to come on as substitute keeper.
He takes up his position behind the stumps and Shai Hope moves back into the slips.
He's never played a Test before and now has to keep to a moving red ball in English conditions. Go well, young man.

Are you allowed to have a concussion substitute for a fielder?
Jason Holder's thumb injury and Shane Dowrich going off has also affected West Indies' slip cordon.
Rahkeem Cornwall is at first slip as standard but Holder would usually be at second, followed by Shai Hope, who is now keeping.
So John Campbell, whose hands are heavily taped up, is now at second slip.
Meanwhile, Kemar Roach sends down another maiden over at Rory Burns.

Most memorable moment: naively turning up to Old Trafford in July 1995 with 2 cans of beer in my bag and being told by the steward I couldn't take them in, deciding to sacrifice the beer rather than sprint back to the car so as not to miss the start of play, then watching Dominic Cork take a hat trick in the opening over against the West Indies.

Shane Dowrich is sitting on the balcony watching the game with a ball of cotton wool pressed to his left cheek.
Hopefully he's OK.

The law around wicketkeepers changed in 2017. Law 24, a substitute can now replace a wicketkeeper if the earlier wicketkeeper is injured and not in a position to keep wicket for the team. The umpire should control the situation to prevent abuse. There was a Test match between India and South Africa where Parthiv Patel was substituted by Dinesh Karthik.
An eventful over comes to an end.
Shai Hope gets the chance to gather one safely into the gloves.
Shannon Gabriel is making himself an enemy of the wicket-keeping community.
He bangs down a bouncer that is far too short and gives replacement keeper Shai Hope absolutely no chance of stopping the ball from looping over his head and away for four byes.
And it was a no-ball as well!
Shai Hope is West Indies' one-day keeper and sure enough has gone off to get his keeping gear on.
Keeping against a moving red ball in English conditions will be a real examination of his skills.
