Luke Almond: If WI chase more than 400 then they deserve to win. Burns and Sibley have done their job of setting up the platform and another 200 today is comfortably possible in the overs remaining. Yes the rate needs to go up, but it’s not a problem right now.

Just to play devil's advocate on everyone stating we should be throwing the kitchen sink at the Windies here. Yes the weather is bad tomorrow but there will still be an extended day on Tuesday. We still have a session and a half left today. Patience everyone. Oh & weather forecasts have been known to be wrong before.

In case you're just joining us West Indies have a substitute wicketkeeper on after Shane Dowrich took one on the lip/cheek.

Joshua da Silva has come on and received a rapturous reception from his team-mates when he safely gathered first up.

You can watch the Dowrich incident and the reaction to Da Silva in the clip below.

We've had 114 balls and just 19 scoring shots. It's not easy to score and the West Indies found it difficult to score at various points in their innings so you've got to give some leeway.

Sharp bounce from Rahkeem Cornwall and Rory Burns does well to fend it away through a gap for a single.

Everyone needs to chill out about England's rate. Let these two bat sensibly until tea. Then have a dart. There is plenty of time left today and Tuesday, even if tomorrow is a wash out.

Roston Chase sends down a fine maiden over, ripping one past Rory Burns' outside edge.

It'll be double spin for West Indies now as Rahkeem Cornwall enters the attack.

Just on Kemar Roach, he has opened the bowling in all six innings. In the second innings of the second Test when England sent in Ben Stokes and Jos Buttler and were trashing looking to set up the declaration his figures were 6-0-37-2. In his other five opening spells his figures have been 24-12-31-1. He's not been making the early breakthroughs but England have been entirely passive against his bowling.

England aren't going quick enough for my liking. It's been a frustrating stop start session but given we know it's effectively going to be a four-day game given the forecast they've got to start going a little quicker somehow.

Could someone explain to me why England should declare today? Surely it'd make more sense to bat out the day and if tomorrow is a wash out, declare first thing on Tuesday? No one was expecting any play yesterday but we nearly got a full days play, so we could potentially give the West Indies over 2 days to chase down a reduced total.
