Abbas has just let the ball come to him and played with soft hands. That's what he does well.

Mohammad Rizwan misjudges the situation off the first ball of Stuart Broad's latest over as England restrict him to a single.

That leaves England with five balls at Mohammad Abbas, who survives despite misjudging a bouncer that ends up striking him on the arm guard as he looks to duck.

Tea is at 16:30 don't forget. England will want to have bowled Pakistan out by then.

Calm down Mohammad Rizwan!

He takes a couple of paces down the ground and tries to whack Chris Woakes into Bournemouth but gets nowhere near it.

Woakes tries to keep him off strike by smearing one in full and wide but it's too wide for Michael Gough's liking and Rizwan takes a single off the extra delivery.

Wayward down the leg side from Chris Woakes and four byes takes Pakistan past 200. That's a big physiological boost.

England have been a bit meh at times in this session.

Two wasted balls at the number 10 who didn't have to play at either of them.

Stuart Broad is back on and he sends down a wayward bouncer which Jos Buttler does superbly to get across and deflect down to the Chris Woakes for just a single.

That gives England two balls at Mohammad Abbas but he doesn't have to play at either of them. Wasteful.

This is fantastic news from the county game too.

Rizwan has scored 21 from his last 15 balls having scored 24 from his previous 70.

Mohammad Rizwan is playing a really good hand here as he spanks a cover drive to the fence.

He's judging the situation perfectly too as he leaves Mohammad Abbas with just two deliveries to keep out.

Pakistan will be trying to add 10-15 before the new ball comes and the challenge goes up another level.

Mohammad Rizwan is restricted to a couple after a good bit of relay work in the deep by Dom Bess and Sam Curran.

He then takes a single off the fifth ball - he is judging this perfectly at the moment.

This series is the first time I've watched him live. I'd read a lot of good things and he looks a decent player.
