Another change in the bowling as Naseem Shah returns to the attack, replacing Shaheen Afridi. Azhar Ali has continued to rotate his seamers throughout this innings.
They look a tired bunch, though, as Naseem leaks singles with England easily finding the gaps.
I wonder how Pakistan openers Shan Masood and Abid Ali are feeling? Could be a testing time for them this evening.
