  1. Middlesex five downpublished at 15:06 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Middlesex 252 & 156-5 v Hants 296

What a game it's shaping up to be at Radlett.

Martin Andersson can't reproduce his first-innings heroics having been clean bowled by James Fuller a short while ago.

The Middlesex lead is 112 - five wickets remaining. A chase of around 200 would be very tasty!

WICKETpublished at 15:05 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Burnham b Hurt 27 (Durham 180 & 78-8 v Lancs 308)

Jack Burnham attempts to leave a wide one. He gets it all wrong and somehow inside-edges it onto his leg stump.

Liam Hurt now has 3-12. Durham still need 50 to make Lancashire bat again. I don't think it's going to happen.

  3. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:57 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Root c Cox b Morris 118 (Worcs 455-8 v Glamorgan 321-7)

Billy Root's fine innings comes to an end as he nicks Charlie Morris behind.

The left-hander tries to guide the paceman down to third man, but gets an edge and Ben Cox pulls off a stunning one-handed catch.

Glamorgan still trail by 134 with three wickets left.

    Chopra c Patel b Finch 39 (Essex 262 & 167-5 v Surrey 187)

Surrey aren't quite out of this yet...

Varun Chopra cuts Adam Finch straight to Ryan Patel. Another Essex batsman goes when well set.

Essex lead by 242 and are still big favourites for victory, but you never know.

    Durham 180 & 64-7 v Lancs 308

A four from Ben Raine takes Durham to 64-7 and avoids the county's lowest ever first-class score, which was 61 at Leicestershire in 2018.

Their next target, 84 to avoid their lowest ever total against Lancashire.

  6. Another wicket for Hantspublished at 14:50 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Middlesex 252 & 132-4 v Hants 296

    Hampshire grab another!

Stevie Eskinazi sweeps Felix Organ straight to substitute fielder Brad Wheal on the square-leg boundary.

Middlesex are four down with a lead of just 88.

  7. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:46 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Malan c Hameed b Carter 1 (Notts 355 v Yorkshire 264 & 136-4)

    Yorkshire collapsing!

Matthew Carter and Haseeb Hameed combine again. This time it's Dawid Malan who's the victim.

Yorkshire are 136-4, with a lead of 45.

  8. 50 runs

for Graeme van Buurenpublished at 14:45 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Gloucestershire 210 & 92-3 v Warks 247

Fantastic counter-attacking batting from Graeme van Buuren and the Gloucestershire number three reaches the 50 mark from 99 balls.

Van Buuren and Ryan Higgins (19) are currently stretching out the lead over the Bears. It's up to 55 now.

  9. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:44 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Gubbins lbw b Fuller 46 (Middlesex 252 & 124-3 v Hants 296)

    Middlesex's in-form batsman goes.

Nick Gubbins is caught by an in-ducker from James Fuller and it wraps him on the pad. Out.

Big wicket for Hampshire with Middlesex's lead standing at 80.

  10. Postpublished at 14:41 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Essex 262 & 155-4 v Surrey 187

Essex are batting themselves into a very winnable position at Chelmsford.

Varun Chopra and Paul Walter have been there since Feroze Khushi fell shortly after lunch and the lead is up to 230.

You wouldn't want to be chasing too many more against Simon Harmer on a day four pitch. Surrey need more wickets, and quickly.

  11. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:37 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Bairstow c Hameed b Carter 75 (Notts 355 v Yorkshire 264 & 135-3)

    Bairstow's gone!

The England man's been caught at short-leg by a diving Haseeb Hameed off Matthew Carter.

I really thought he was nailed on for a century today.

And from nowhere, Notts are back in this with two new batsman in. Big rebuilding job for Dawid Malan and Harry Brook to do.

  12. 50 runs

for Graham Waggpublished at 14:37 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Worcestershire 455-8 v Glamorgan 303-6

Graham Wagg is a very handy man to have coming in at eight.

The 37-year-old reaches his 33rd first-class fifty from 79 balls.

    Glamorgan also go past 300.

  13. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:36 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Lyth c Mullaney b Patel 50 (Notts 355 v Yorkshire 264 & 135-2)

    Much needed breakthrough for Nottinghamshire.

Samit Patel removes Adam Lyth for 50 with Steven Mullaney taking a smart catch at slip.

Dawid Malan now joins Jonny Bairstow at the crease. JB looks unfazed on 75.

At Grace Road Derbyshire have got another key wicket.

Leus du Plooy pins Hassan Azad lbw for 40.

George Rhodes joins skipper Colin Ackermann (4) at the crease for Leicestershire. The hosts trail by 97.

    Hat-trick ball for Liam Hurt....

    ...well defended by Ben Raine.

That'll be drinks, Durham still trail by 79.

WICKETpublished at 14:26 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Eckersley c Croft b Hurt 5 (Durham 180 & 49-7 v Lancs 308)

Fantastic catch at gully from Steven Croft.

Ned Eckersley edges Liam Hurt and Durham are in a world of trouble.

They're still 79 runs off making Lancashire bat again. And 34 behind their lowest ever total against the Red Rose county.

  18. 50 runs

for Lythpublished at 14:23 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Notts 355 v Yorkshire 264 & 130-1

Jonny Bairstow's taking all the attention, but Adam Lyth has played a brilliant knock today.

His 50 comes off 117 balls. This partnership looks set to push on. They've dragged Yorkshire out of danger, now it's all about building a total.

  19. 100 runs

for Billy Rootpublished at 14:23 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Worcestershire 455-8 v Glamorgan 287-6

    Well batted!

Glamorgan's Billy Root brings up his fifth first-class century.

Worcestershire are still in the driving seat at New Road, but he's looking good with Graham Wagg (41*).

  20. Durham in dangerpublished at 14:19 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

    Durham 180 & 48-5 v Lancs 308

    Martin Emmerson
    BBC Newcastle

The lowest score by Durham against Lancashire is 83 all out at Old Trafford in 1993, their second year in first-class cricket.

That is seriously at risk today at 48-5.

Remember, their lowest scores of 66 and 61 came on the same afternoon at Leicestershire just two years ago.
