    Harte c Croft b L Wood 3 Durham 180 & 21-4 v Lancs 308

It's a nightmare for Durham but a dream debut for Lancashire's Luke Wood.

He forces an edge from Gareth Harte and Steven Croft makes no mistake at third slip.

That'll be lunch at Chester-le-Street too with the hosts trailing by 107 runs.

  4. Lunch at Canterburypublished at 13:04 British Summer Time 10 August 2020

It's now lunch after a record-breaking morning session.

Jordan Cox (223*) and Jack Leaning (208*) stroll off in the sunshine with Kent's highest-ever partnership under their belts.

A stand of 396. They'll potentially have another five overs to bat after lunch if Kent don't declare.

Harry: Maybe it's time to just go all out for Cox and Leaning. Kent are comfortably in the lead here, and to increase their score, maybe going for more boundaries, would frustrate the Sussex bowlers more.

Good shout Harry, although when you've made it this far, you probably want to see it out to the close. I'm no double century expert though, my highest score in club cricket is 17*

    Notts 355 v Yorkshire 264 & 81-1

Elsewhere, Yorkshire have nearly wiped out the deficit, just ten runs away now.

Bairstow (43) and Lyth (33) have batted superbly to take the visitors to 81-1

I think we'll have one more over and then lunch.

And now the Kent 500 comes up. For the loss of Daniel Bell-Drummond. Crazy.

They've done it! Kent's record partnership for any wicket is broken.

Jordan Cox smashes Mitch Claydon straight over his head for four and his second-wicket partnership with Jack Leaning goes up to 385.

It beats the 382 set by Sean Dickson and Joe Denly in 2017. Amazing effort.

It's all looking rather comfortable for Essex.

Tom Westley and Varun Chopra are happy to rotate the strike and pick up the odd boundary as Essex go past 100 in their second innings.

    The lead is 179.

A day that 19-year-old Jordan Cox will never forget.

The Kent opener brings up his double hundred off 311 balls, an innings that includes 25 fours and three sixes.

Kent have 12 and a bit overs left of their allocated 120. The next question is - can Cox and Jack Leaning break Kent's record partnership for any wicket of 382 set by Sean Dickson and Joe Denly in 2017?

The pair have currently put on 334.

Having lost four wickets in the first hour, Glamorgan have just steadied things a little at New Road.

Billy Root and Graham Wagg providing the clear heads for the Welsh county.

But they still trail by 238.
