Worcs (219 & 177-6) lead Northants (212) by 184 runs
Worcestershire batsman Tom Fell insists the Pears will be in no rush to declare at Northampton today - despite knowing victory is essential to keep pace with Central Group leaders Somerset.
The Pears were held to a draw by Glamorgan in their previous game after delaying a final-day declaration but Fell, whose unbeaten 81 has given them a healthy lead at Wantage Road, says patience is key.
“I don’t think there’s any rush," the 26-year-old said. "It’s the type of wicket where you can take 10 wickets in 60-70 overs."
“I’ve felt really good all season and I feel my game's as good as it’s been for a long long time so it’s nice to get a score."
Middlesex 269 v Kent 146-5 - play due to to start 11:00
England batsman Joe Denly was delighted to be back in the middle for Kent after a recent back injury prevented him playing in the one-day series against Ireland.
Denly made an impressive 70 not out, including 11 fours, and anchored his side's innings as fast bowler Miguel Cummins picked up three wickets.
He said: “It’s great to be back here because it feels like a really long time since I played at Canterbury.
“Cummins generated quite a bit of bounce, which is unusual here. It was really challenging, certainly in the channel and you saw that with a couple of the early dismissals."
Durham 250-7 v Leicestershire - play due to start at 11:00
We are still in the first innings of the game at Grace Road because of rain - but if the weather is kind, it is not inevitable that it will end in a draw. How is this possible? Let BBC Radio Newcastle's Martin Emmerson explain.....

Yorkshire 400-6 dec v Derbyshire 198-6
Dawid Malan remains hopeful Yorkshire can beat Derbyshire despite the visitors being poised to save the follow-on - but it is currently raining at Headingley.
Malan marked his home debut for the White Rose with a career-best 219 and hailed it as "up there" with his very best innings.
"When you come to a new team, you want to lay your marker down and score some runs to feel at home at the club and to gain the respect and trust of the players. To do it in the way I’ve done it here is awesome," he said.
“If we can get these last four wickets in the first 45 minutes of play, there’s no reason why we can’t go and get another 100 quickly, put them back in again and create something out of nothing.”
Sussex 194 & 57-2 v Essex 140 - play due to start at 11:00
Sussex fast bowler George Garton believes the game is still "finely balanced" as his maiden five-for in first-class cricket enabled his side to lead on first innings against Essex at Hove.
The left-armer claimed 5-26 - including the scalp of Sir Alastair Cook - but admitted Sussex may need to force a win from the game on the final day if they are to have a chance of winning South group.
"My first five-for has been a long time coming but hopefully I can kick on from this," he said.
“I was really happy with the way I bowled and to get a big fish like Alastair Cook out was a special moment because when he comes in he's always got a target on his head."
It was 54.4 degrees C in Death Valley, California on Sunday.
Thankfully, the players won't have to contend with an extreme of that sort on the final day of our Bob Willis Trophy games.
Here's BBC Weather forecaster Simon King to tell you what we can expect - and it's not that different to yesterday.
