    Four more!

Smashed straight back down the ground by Rassie van der Dussen this time.

Ben Stokes has hurt his hand here too - he's sliced between his fourth and fifth finger after colliding with the advertising board and has drawn a significant amount of blood. He's being forced off by the England medical staff.

South Africa are building a really nice head of steam. If these two can stay at the crease they should post a good total.

Jofra Archer is going to bowl out, and Rassie van der Dussen has decided to use the extra pace on offer as he whips him over mid-wicket.

I was at the Cape Town Test 2004-05 with some friends. My girlfriend was unable to come and kept asking if I was talking to any women and I was genuinely not. A girl at the Test in a bikini came over for one minute to ask me a question and guess what picture was lead on the BBC article on the day's play?

And again to end the over!

It's banged in from Tom Curran and Faf du Plessis just swivel pulls over square leg for another six.

That's 16 off the over, and Tom Curran is having a series to forget quite frankly.

  7. 6 runs

    SA 113-3published at 15.1 overs

Faf du Plessis has taken a liking to Tom Curran.

He smashed him to all parts on Friday and he crashes his first ball back over his head for six.

Adil Rashid is England's leading wicket-taker in international cricket since April 2015 - 260 in all formats (sixth most in world cricket). Broad has 251 in that time, Moeen 239 and Anderson 220.

    Single. Single. Single. Single. Singles.

How can Chris Jordan end the over? You guessed it. Boundary.

To be fair to Jordan he doesn't do much wrong, it's a cracking shot to the mid-wicket fence by Rassie van der Dussen.

They've found a bit of momentum, this pair.

Chris Jordan - who got the key wicket of Quinton de Kock earlier - is back into the attack.

  12. SA 98-3published at 14 overs

Decent over for South Africa with eight coming off it.

They got 179 on this pitch on Friday, but it's definitely a 140-150 pitch today.

  13. SA 95-3published at 13.2 overs

Jofra Archer is brought back into the attack by Eoin Morgan and he's met by a thumping pull to the fence by Faf du Plessis.

I was working on the FA Cup rather than the cricket on Sunday, but I saw that get involved theme.

I can assure you there isn't a magic formula. What I like my colleagues will normally find rubbish, and what they like I'll normally find rubbish.

    Depends who you get.

The talk during the 2nd T20 was how to get your messages published on the live text. Rachel T managed at least two, is on again today and I assume was the Rachel T on the football live text as well? What's your secret Rachel?!

Good comeback from Adil Rashid with just a single coming off the second part of the over.

He finishes with 0-20 from his four overs. He hasn't taken many wickets in this series but his economy rate has been top notch.

  17. SA 89-3published at 12.3 overs

A tad too short from Adil Rashid and Rassie van der Dussen swivel pulls for four.

That's his first four of the series - he has hit four sixes, though.

    Good over for the hosts.

Faf du Plessis picks up his first boundary with a clever ramp shot down to fine leg, before Rassie van der Dussen creams a pull shot 77m back.
